I said I would eat there again and I did. The service was so polite. The food was great. I'm sad to say that I see a few bad reviews. I've never had a bad experience at Isabella's. I hope those issues get resolved. Thanks! 😊
Always been great! last time I ordered my take out order was messed up, I called and they helped by giving me a credit on my next I order.
I would give a zero if I could. One entree came out before the appetizer. The cook forgot to make half of our orderOf course we got the short staff excuse. If that’s the best you can do, close the place down. You can’t be this bad at your job and keep it.
This place used to be quite good but quality of both food and service have really deteriorated. Our appetizer was served late today and was lukewarm. When I complained, the server was argumentative instead of trying to do anything to make it right. Pizza was decent but undercooked with the crust being doughy in the center. We've been regular customers but have been seeing things go down for a while, and with the combination of rude service and mediocre food, I doubt we'll return.
Something has changed. They are skimping in food. Ordered was incorrect and Isabella's blamed Wait'r. No Isabella's, Wait'r did not prepare the food. You did. Never again. Suggest anyone who plans to order from this restaurant should definitely go somewhere else. Too expensive and too many excuses.
Ordered a calzone, selected cheese medley and asked for ricotta. The picture is what I received.I then, a few days later, tried to order a different calzone because it specifically said 'ricotta' on the menu listing. Got it, again, no cheese.Okay... I called the pizza place and the girl tells me they don't put ricotta on it.1 - I've ordered it before and gotten it.2 - Why not put -any- cheese on the one order?3 - If you don't put it on, why does it SAY it comes with it??On top of all that though, the pizza quality has been on the decline. Too much cheese, the bread feels almost non existent.
Stopped here on a road trip. Delicious pizza and Greek salad. Great service and friendly employees. Had a busy rush so was a little messy but not dirty or anything.
We had a great experience. Got a mountain of food such that we brought half of it home. Food was very fresh and hot. The dinners came with salads almost big enough to be a meal in themselves. Jessica L. our waitress was friendly and attentive without hovering over us.
