This may have been my worst dining experience ever. It was about 9:15pm, and I ordered steak tips (medium) and eggs (over medium). When I got my food, the tips were well done and bone dry, the eggs were well done. Waitress sent food back to kitchen to be redone, second time, tips were raw in the middle, eggs were more than well done. The night manager had just showed up and had to go cook my food himself. Fortunately, he got the order right but by that time (after 10:30pm), I was ready for bed. Are what I could and left. They didn’t even offer a discount on my food. Needless to say, I won’t be going back there.
Food was good. Building was clean. Service was questionable. We had to ask for Napkins!!, service was not prompt ( one employee asked the other if they were on duty) she seated us while we waited. Party of two.. I received 2 different totals. No problem giving a tip , but 2 people the chosen amount should have been mine.. I question total and was told tip included on second ticket. Customers should be aware that total cost will include a tip . Like the food and cost but will not return. We had to stop waitress to ask for refills, salt, pepper, etc. Retired from customer service field and hope this person was just new and had little training or supervision.
Insomnia night, went at 2am 1 person wkg very unattentive, finally sat me at dirty table with nothing on it, gave me no silverware or napkins, I moved myself to another table.The food on the other hand came out quickly, hot and well made, it was delicious, prices have risen, $14 for an omelette is on the high side to me
Walked in waited for several minutes. Hostess was sitting down on her phone, never looked up. Went to use their disgusting bathroom and left. Very disappointing. I will not try IHOP again.
Went to IHOP this morning. Started talking about how much our check was for a party of 5, 3 adults and 2 kids. Noticed we were automatically charged a 18% gratuity! We didn't noticed it and still gave her a tip more than the 18%. So our waitress made around $27 in tips! And she never once mentioned that the tip was automatically added to our bill. Now I can understand why they are hardly busy at all now. Would definitely recommend that you scrutinize your bill before paying.
I rate IHOP a 2... The only reason I'm giving them a 2 is because the food was good but, for the to charge me $13 for gratuity and $8 gratuity for my sister, the waitress never came back to check on us.. I know why because she knew she had her tip already... Oh not to mention they charged me $2.19 for a slice of tomato and $2.19 for jalapeno to add on my steak sandwich...
DISGUSTING!? The place smells like sewage. There was no soap in the restrooms and they had trouble finding any for me. A waitress finally brought me some in a cup to wash my hands. The menus were FILTHY AND VISIBLY STICKY the tables were dirty. We gave her a tip and left without ordering. Shameful.

Don’t order curbside if you want to wait an hour and a half. We ordered our food at around 9, and they told us that it was going to be ready at 10:30. We came at around 10:50 and tried to call them for our curbside order. No one answered after we called them 6 times. My mom went in at 11:10 to get the food and came out at 11:48 (our food wasn’t even ready. After an hour of waiting.. it wasn’t ready). She JUST had to go back in because they messed up one of our orders and then proceeded to not give us the pancakes that we ordered. She’s still in there waiting for her order to be fixed right now. I usually don’t give workers too much grief because people are horrible to them, but this is a bit ridiculous. You have several workers outside vaping and smoking cigarettes, outside talking and laughing with each other, but no one’s inside helping. There was only one worker in the lobby, why is no one helping her while it’s so packed? Honestly, it’s a mess. It’s always been a mess, but Jesus Christ.
I have been craving those blue winter wonderland pancakes, but when I got them, they were too sweet for me, and I love sweets. I'll save these for the children
