So this has never really been my favorite place.. I think it’s a bit over priced for the quality. Today my usual place was closed so I came here. I will say the service has always been good. We’ll I ordered for my son the Mexican rice topped with shrimp and cheese sauce they didn’t have it in the menu so I wasn’t sure of the price but figured no more than about 15 dollars because that’s what it is anywhere else. We’ll I got my ticket and seen I was charged 22.99 for shrimp fajitas so I ask about it and the waitress tells me that’s how they charge for the rice cheese and shrimp! I’m like what in the world! There was literally 7-10 shrimp on rice with cheese!? It was bigger shrimp than what was on my quesadilla but still. I def think I should have been told this. And I have never been charged that much for that meal and have ordered it at several places. This place is twice the price and not as good as my other favorite in Hammond.
OMG, MY FAVORITE PLACE TO DINE! Their entrees are offered a la carte or with beans and rice, for a way better price. The bar has A frozen margarita machine and about 10 flavors to choose from. The service is always great and the never get anything wrong. Oh, and they have bean dip in addition to salsa placed on the table to chew on before your meal arrives. You must try this one.
Stephanie was a very attentive waitress. Food was delicious & food portions were generous. Glad we gave this place a chance.Also, the restaurant was very clean.
I called in a to-go order for lunch. During the whole call, it sounded as if he wanted to hurry up, take my order, and rush me off the phone. One of the things I asked for was a steak taco, steak and cheese only. The man on the phone then asked “beef taco.” As he was saying that I was mentioning I wanted it to be a soft taco. Once I heard him say “beef” I mentioned no I want steak. After that I thought all was good. I got home and went to give my fiancé her soft tacos, which I find out have beef, lettuce, tomato, cheese and sour cream. I called back and the same guy answered. I tell him the situation and his response was “that’s what you ordered.” I told him I mentioned steak twice to which he responded “I can’t hear you well.” Even if that’s true he rushed me off the phone and didn’t repeat my order to give me a chance to correct his mistake. I will not be going back here any longer
It was very nice. Food was very good. Be careful on ordering drinks. The bottle beer seems to be cheaper than drafts. Found out when got 2 different tickets.
Food was great but they forgot to put my silverware in my to go box had to get something from the hospital cafe to eat that night then the lady I called told me it was at one place and I had to go across town to get it

I'm giving four stars because I've only ever been in to pick up food. I've never sat down in here so I can't judge based off my dine in experience, only picking up & ordering through waitr.That said, I judge a lot of places on how my food comes from waitr and El Paso has never sent me shoddy food. It's always been warm, delicious and fresh tasting. They have never forgotten anything and have always been accommodating when I make special requests.I've ordered from them through waitr many times, so I feel confident writing this review.Their food is really good, too and I don't feel like their menu is super expensive. I also LOVE that they have a vegetarian section. I'm not a vegetarian but I don't always like meat dishes so the options were amazing.
Our new favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. The food is so flavorful and the staff is very friendly. A must try when in the area.
I never had the food. The drink are good! But the man that fixes the drinks are so rude. I’m not sure if he’s the owner or what! Definitely will not be returning! This is my third time visiting last time he was very rude with another employee infront of all the customers!!! Worst customer service I’ve ever seen!!!!
