Good food and great service.
This has got to be the worst cracker barrel I've ever been to. And I have been to a lot of them. All the food arrived cold. I ordered fried okra with chicken and dumplings. Who eats fried okra cold? My child ordered pancakes and bacon. Normally cracker barrel always delivers pancakes and bacon right on point. My kids always eat that. They took One bite of the pancake and didn't want anymore. The service and the food of this cracker barrel is dismal. I couldn't even get a refill on my lemonade. This is definitely a waste. I'm so disappointed and won't ever be back. Save your money. Go someplace else.I attempted to bring up the issue with Kelly, the manager on duty.. She was extremely dismissive of my concerns.
We enjoy breakfast at Cracker Barrel. I love the Mama's breakfast with French toast. My husband enjoys their pancakes. We have also stopped in for lunch and my favorite go to is the chicken and dumplings. We have always had great service and the prices are reasonable.
My husband and I always feel safe parking in Cracker Barrels with RV/trailer parking. We have never come across a situation where parking was full or we didn’t feel safe. This location was no different. We got a good night’s rest and a warm breakfast for the road the next morning.
Absolutely awful service. Me and my family were seated with maybe 3 other tables already seated near us. Took the waitress over 20 minutes just to notice us and take our order after telling us it would be a minute. Once we finally ordered we got offered biscuits and told her we were interested in them. Instead of receiving out biscuits, we were walked past and a plate of biscuits were given to a table behind us despite them being seated after us. Horrible customer service and make sure your workers know what they're doing.
Our food was fresh, delicious, and a great value. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive. The store was clean, the shopping selection is always excellent. We love Cracker Barrel, but this location is great!
WE HAD A GREAT BREAKFAST, THE COUNTRY FRIED STEAK WAS DELICIOUS. SO MUCH FOOD THAT WE BOTH HAD 'TO-GO' BOXES FOR LATER.NEW/TRAINING SERVER NAMED ROB WAS SUITED TO HELPING PEOPLE. HE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE. YOU'RE LUCKY TO HAVE SUCH AN EAGER EMPLOYEE
Love the gift shop. Neat stuff to look at.Food is good. I used to always order the country fried steak and rememeber loving it but this time it was just ok. Definitely seemed to have shrunk over the years too. Their biscuits are the bomb. Hard to eat just 1 but I only allowed myself one this time.
Food is always delicious. The service is usually on point but at least they were kind enough to let us know the wait for food would be longer due to being down one cook. Hammond cracker barrel is the only one ive never had an issue with order or service. The wait was almost an hour for food last night. Hopefully they find another good chef soon.
I love the breakfast at Cracker Barrel. The people are always really friendly and the store has really cool nostalgic items. Most of their lunch and dinner food I find is too bland.
