Always love coming here but today was a horrible experience. My wife and I both got bowls. We both ate the same thing but she had barbacoa instead of steak and chicken like I did. She added guac to her bowl which I didnt have. She also had a watermelon lemonade. 30 minutes to an hour after we ate my wife could not leave the bathroom at a nearby store. I'm not sure what caused the food poisoning but it was either the guac, barbacoa, or the lemonade. She is pale as a ghost and almost passed while in the bathroom.
They managed to serve a guy who got $120 worth of tacos and still smiled. Served the rest of us in a good pace. Food quality was good
Though their food is absolutely delicious and moderately priced, the portions are always on either end of the scale. Today I got a burrito bowl and it was almost overflowing, as anyone would like, however, just two nights ago I ordered the same thing and it wasn't even 1/4 full. I'm not suggesting to not go there, but definitely watch them make your food to make sure you don't get gyped.
Whoa. I'm a fan. Best burrito outside of a random food truck I've seen. Great service. Excellent staff. And the food is top quality.

Lets start with the positive. The food is really good sometimes they are out of things but that's the world we live in now. I normally get the bowl and try different proteins each time. They are all really good but I highly recommend the new chicken and steak. Only con I see. Is this location really needs a major cleaning. The staff needs to learn how to interact with customers a little bit better but they're okay. I would recommend the food and take it home instead of sitting in the waiting room.
I work at the petsmart and I go for lunch almost every day the chicken is never shredded. I get a carnitas salad and it's always just one chunk of meat that's all I can't call to get it fixed and they close before I even get off. I can never get my order fixed because everything I try to call it just tried to take my order this is absolutely ridiculous
PLASTIC? Choked on plastic in my burrito bowl. Photos attached. Also choked on a pepper (I didn’t order peppers, for your information) and am glad I don’t have a pepper allergy. It made me super sick as it was insanely spicy, but it seems like this place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Also attaching photos of one of the two peppers (found another one in my bowl after choking on the first one) and my order photo to show I didn’t order peppers.
The workers here are rude and they rush you through. The food was just mediocre. I rather the selections and flavor at Izzo's better.
Chipotle always gets 5 ? from me. Such amazing food and quick service. For the quality of food you get the price is reasonable compared to other fast food places.
