I haven't been here in years. I will say I can't say anything really bad because it's a small town chillis and a cheap eat!The greeter was ok. She did her job ??♀️The restaurant was clean but could use a face lift (booth seat was ripped)Wait staff was ok. No one was unpleasant they just did their job.Food was fast and accurate! But also slightly under cooked. My mini burgers were a little pink inside. My southwest egg rolls were hot outside but soft to touch not crispy but also they were Luke warm inside which tells me they weren't all the way cooked.My husband got the chicken fajitas which smelled amazing and tasted very good. I took my food home and cooked it the rest of the way. Which i minused a star.... it still was good food. Back in the day I would have expected more from chilis but it comes with the environment I guess.
Our waitress was fine she had the whole section to herself trying to manage 2 big tops and 3 other tables,including us. The food wasn't worth a dime. The restaurant was dirty (windows needed cleaning , floors had food all over them, bar by back entrance had food on it,etc.) We were sat at a dirty table. If it hadn't been for not eating all day and being hungry and our waitress would have left. I wish I knew her name to give her props.
First time ever ate at Chili's and let me tell you i was amazed by the food and service , well done !!! Highly recommend ? ??????⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I arrived at your restaurant and was seated at approximately 850 pm. The store was busy, but not so busy that anyone was waiting to be seated.Drinks and food was ordered at approximately 900 pm (1 draft beer and blackberry tea, triple dipper app, pick 3 fajitas, and salmon). Drinks arrived at table at approximately 920. By 950 we had received no food or refills, and decided to leave. I'm not gonna try to make out like I eat here a lot, but I truly wasted an hour of my life that I will never get back, and won't be returning. Ate a ham sandwich for dinner when I got home, and will eat a thousand more before I ever visit a chili's again. Wish I could give this place a negative 5 stars.
We ordered pick up. My bf got there 10 mins after it was suppose to be ready and checked in. After another 10 mins, a girl came out to ask what the name was. (Bf did not know it was under his name and not mine) after waiting 25 mins, he went inside to check on the order and she said there was no order under the name given. So why not come back out and say that so he could give the correct name?? Why have him sit there and wait??? Our order sat there for almost an hour!! Not happy at all!!
Food was standard Chili's fare. The service made me question my existence as I began to suspect that I was either invisible or unapproachable.If you want to sit lonely for hours, writing a sad sonnet, this is your place.If you like broken TV's endlessly cycling in front of you, you've found your home away from home.Me, I wont be back.

If I could go lower I would. So to start with dat for a full ten minutes before getting the bar tender ended up being my server but since they were under staffed it looked like I was cool with it. Now to get the full experience like I normally do I order an appetizer. The appetizer for tonight were loaded fries full order with everything in it. So to start with the loaded fries looked like they were thrown in a microwave to heated than served to me. The cheese on top was thick and when it got to my table wasn’t hot. Might of been sitting for a while the fries were cooked down and the jalapeños were your normally pull out of a container and throw them on top. Having have that I had low expectations for the main course and lord was I right. The steak in which I ordered medium rare, was completely rare in the middle looked like that served me a rare steak. I like rare sometimes so cool let’s run with it. The first bite I had of this steak was the chewiest most dry piece of meat that I have eaten put in my mouth. I ended up just spitting it back into the napkin. The only positive on the meal was the mashed potatoes which were also cold but atleast they tasted good. Honestly I would not recommend and would advise anyone else to look for something different probably the last time I will step into a chills. Still tipped the Bar keep, he did everything he could to help me fix the issue on the spot but the steak ruined my appetite for tonight. Honestly would not recommend coming here $40 well wasted
Food was phenomenal best Chile's I've ever been to best steaks from a restaurant I've ever had and best cheese cake that melts in your mouth topped with real strawberry puree.
I have ordered Chili's to be delivered through doordash several times and I just was not happy with them at all last night we decided since I got a free kids meal with a adult entree that I would pick it up curbside can I tell you world of difference picking up curbside as to having it delivered I don't know how long it takes them to get your food from the restaurant when they're delivering it but you can tell the difference in it my advice is if you don't feel like going in pick up curbside they have plenty of parking for curbside service was great
