I've never had a bad experience at this Chick-fil-A or any Chick-fil-A for that matter. The only complaint I've ever had at this location is they forgot to put my pack of cookie crumbles in my parfait one time. Other than that food is always fresh, services always wonderful and quick and prices are reasonable for the quality of food that you get.

Well for starters they lost my mobile order ! After waiting 30 minutes I got no notification to come in the lobby to get my order! Even when I got in the drive thru they still took another 10 minutes to find my order ! They didn’t offer to replace my meals that had now gotten cold after seeing it’d been over 30 minutes since they prepared my order
Great service. ALL fast food places should have the staff quantity and attention that this place has/offers. The parking lot design is still a giant mystery, which is the reason for not getting 5 stars.

Close to Christmas the restaurant was very busy. But they were friendly and efficient. My chicken was taking a while and someone explained they had to make fresh strips. That was helpful. I recommend the new kale crunch option if you want to cut down on calories. Good experience.
I love the company's value it's just the fact that they give people an option to worship on Sunday is great. No employer should hold a person hostage to where they cannot worship if they choose to or not that's their choice the employer is honoring God's commandment by giving them the option.
The line(s) were a full block long and looked like a bank with a double line. There were 4 or more people taking orders. They had it covered for sure. So impressive! We ate inside and as usual, the food was great and the people were fantastic.
Quite possibly the busiest Chick-fil-a I know of in all of South Louisiana. The folks here do a fantastic job with volume of people they serve 6 days a week. Yes there is always a line, but it moves fast. They handle 5 or 6 times the customer volume of any other fast food place, all you have to do is sit back and watch. The inside managers at this location are some of the best. I get better table service here than most high dollar restaurants with wait staff. Yes it's fast food, but it's fast food with best attitude and service quality anywhere, hands down.
