So I waited to write this review, because I thought ok, mistakes happen.But every. single. Time. I order from this burger king with doordash, they forget something. Fries, whole meals, sides, etc. There is never a time we order that they don't forget something.It's not that hard, guys. it's literally printed for you.
My food was cold, I was not given any napkins and maybe the cashier was having a bad day because she didn't speak or greet me at the window until I prompted her to speak.
Told my girlfriend "We will be right with you" while she was in the second drive thru line. After 7 cars had there order taken at the 1st drive. She she drove up to the window, where they told her the second line was closed and refused to take her order. Never going back here. If you can't manage multiple lines then close it with some cones or something.
Very slow always messing up orders and telling people to stop at first window until their order is fully ready. So they don't get in trouble for taking too long on the timer
One of the worst BK experiences in a while... Not worth the stop.
Was in two lane drive thru. We were told just a minute. Sat for 20 minutes and watched 5 cars drive through in the other lane. Ridiculous
I typically don’t write reviews but the lady running the drive thru right now definitely deserves to be recognized. It’s obvious staffing is low and everywhere is short handed. She is busting butt to get orders done and has such a great attitude while doing it. I don’t eat much fast food and every time I do the attitudes of workers are terrible! But not this lady! If you figure out who she is you need to give her a raise because she is ?% a great asset to your company.
I just went to Burger King on Puma Drive off of Wardline Hammond ,LAI ordered a large onion ring, a dbl whpr/bacon no mayo or onion and 9 piece chicken frie/ ranch dressing ALL of my food was hot fresh and delicious ? under 3 minutesI just love Burger ? They won't accept more than one order a car. They have a broken speaker box that has no sign to indicate it's broken. The service is sometimes so slow that you won't know whether the place is closed, the speakers broken, or if they are just taking forever. They make you stop at the first window not to pay, but just to sit there until they beckon you to the second window. If you misunderstood them they make you back up or wrap around the building. This place is horribly ran and has nonsensical practices.
Went in the lobby, no one else inside, one veh in drive-thru! Stood @ the counter for several mins. 4 employees present, finally one female looked over, raised her eyebrows, let out a sigh & walked over.
