horrible service if i could give less than one star i would. the person taking our order was severely rude and after taking our order forgot to mute her mic and continued to speak about us and our order. when at the window got our order wrong and got mad when they where corrected. VERY RUDE AND WAS SO DISGUSTED WITH EVERYTHING. do not come here.
i ordered a chicken sandwich and i asked for no lettuce- there was lettuce. i ordered onion rings- there were fries instead. it’s like they already had stuff pre made and didn’t wanna make it fresh
Don't waste your time at the Livingston location. Slow, orders rarely correct, terrible service. Spend a few more dollars up the road at Hi-ho or G& J's.
Store is severely understaffed, wait times are unacceptable. Took 20 minutes for a drive thru order of a double cheeseburger.
We were on our way out of town, drive thru for breakfast. We got the special of 2 ham, egg, and cheese croissants for $4. It was a good price and the food was good. The lady at the drive thru was very nice.
Staff handling drive through was professional. Staff at pickup window was good. But practice of having vehicle backup behind the yellow, i guess I'll call it safety pole, until food is ready is absurd. I do not understand the purpose, its not very customer friendly and serves no purpose that I can figure out. Makes me suspicious that something is going on inside the restaurant that the staff do not want seen.
OH MY GOD!! Best burger king I've been to EVER!! Let me tell u greeted by the staff as soon as I went in, food prepared perfectly and with care. The manager was polite and spoke TO her workers not AT her workers, the respect given by the manager definitely showed in the worker moral. My only complaint is that I can only give them 5 stars, they definitely earned much more than that. It's a bit further from my home than the other store but ABSOLUTELY worth the trip. Stop by and see the crew on SW Railroad they'll put a smile on ur face. 100 stars.
They have had really rude,disrespectful employees there.. and then some who have been few times very kind and respectful giving great customer service who actually seemed to enjoy their job.
Good as usual still got my order wrong no fries
It was horrible. The car in front of me had to wait at least 10 minutes for their food and I had to wait almost as long but three cars behind us all got their food and left. I ordered their signature sandwich the whopper and it took that long. I will not ever go back
