I asked for well done and it was not well done. When I ask for well done I know what I want, don't just assume you know better than I do. Not cool. I had to microwave the meat to get it to how I wanted it and to be honest that changes the taste. If I wanted to cook I would not have gone out to buy something. Please listen to your customers when they ask for things the way they want it. The staff was friendly. I appreciate their effort to make the restaurant a nice place to visit. Thank you.
I have been reading the reviews to see if I just came in on someone's bad day. Do not comment for me to explain in more detail in any link you have, trust me this place isn't worth the time of all these words much less more written later!!! When a customer asks for something which is common at other locations, the response shouldn't be such rudeness! Simply stating we don't have our orders in these sizes is enough. No this employee felt it should be spoken very loudly as though the louder he spoke make us actually understand it better. Hubby is kinder than me, I would have only given 1 start
Arby's has a great deal right now on their fish sandwhich on Hawaiin bread! Was so good!
Another bad experience at this store. Ordered a half pound roast beef with cheese sauce and mayo. Don’t like the onion bread on the beef and cheddar so it has been ordered this way for 30+ years! Yet this time I was charged nearly $1 for the cheese. Talking with a manager helped none. On my way home, I opened my bag, grabbed my sandwich….NO CHEESE AND I PAID FOR IT! I am done with this store. Wish I could give a zero!
The ppl in Arby's are awesome. Especially the management team.
Very friendly and professional staff. Clean area, nice seating. However the Diablo sandwich which was advertised as extremely hot and spicy was a disappointment in that area. Though one of the most delicious sandwiches at Arbys not as spicy as expected. But this is a great little Arbys at a nice truck stop.

Very friendly, very helpful. Except they forgot to give us the triple chocolate cookie which IS on the receipt. No Arby's in our area, so hadn't been in one in ages. Menu has changed. I wasn't hungry but my husband was, and dismayed to realize he could not see well enough to read the menu, and came out. (I had stayed in the car with the pups.) A very nice gentleman thought it was because he could not afford a meal, offered to buy him one. We thanked him, but explained the issue. I went in and got a half pound meal for him.He ate on the way home.
Mean staff and annoyed cashier. Not recommended.
