I hate leaving bad reviews but sometimes you just have to. Ordered food today was told there would be a wait for one of the items (baked potato). So I pull to the stall and wait almost 20min for one single potato. Not to mention they wouldn’t give receipts. Tried to go in to check on my order but doors were locked. So I had to call to check on it and the guy who answers tells me it takes time to cook the potato. I’m sure it doesn’t take 20+ minutes to make that.Some times bad reviews are fully warranted.-in total it took 30min for me to finally get my order correctly. I’m 100% done with this location.
This is the slowest fast food joint in history. I’ve been in the drive thru line for 25 minutes. I’d leave but I’m next, and my kids will scream. I know they’re short staffed but I’ve been second in line for 19 minutes so far. This place is ridiculous.Oh and there’s no inside dining so it’s just the drive thru line.
Wendy's on lapalco past Barataria is awful. They are NEVER opened for breakfast at 7am. NEVER. They never anything at this location. I work in the area but I just stop going to this location. See for your self at about 7am store is not even open. You at the intercom Noone comes on to say we are not ready yet they just leave the customer sitting at the speaker. Order a oatmeal bar. They NEVER have those either!.
slowest wendys i’ve ever been to. food is always cold. they’re extremely slow please don’t come here.
They took my friend's mobile order, but they didn't have food somehow.
The guy they have taking orders now is very rude and likes to confront customers over something he failed to hear through the drive thru.
Day time ok but nights slow and as far ketchup packets have some food stuff on them !! Nasty !!
Good and fresh but a little salty.
My french fries taste like they were cooked in old cooking oil, my sandwich tasted good staff was not polite didn't say thank you didn't smile give me my bag and closed the window, I feel sorry for our young people no manner
Very slow to order food the line moves slow. Most of the people that work at Wendy's are friendly. Recently I returned to Wendy's. The service basically sucks. The orders aren't correct and the night manager is far from being professional. I will not return to get anything firm Wendy's not even a napkin.
