When I got there around 10:30 the place was packed people waiting every table and seat at counter full.The waitresses and cook was in full swing. They had cooks short and waitresses short..there was no complicates just kelp. Moving without stoping.I was there about an hour and they didn't stop one minute. These workers including the manager were hopping. They should receive some type of award or something. I go to this location about 2 a week even though I pass other waffle houses up. I AM 78YRS OLD AND APPRECIATE THEIR SERVICE AFFORD AND NICE ,GOOD,FRIENDLY place did I mention save place to go too.thank you for your good service.
I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE EMPLOYEES ATTITUDES EVEN THE MANAGER WAS WAS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL..IT WAS A VERY SAD AND DISAPPOINTED EXPERIENCE. I DON'T PLAN TO EVER RETURN BECAUSE THE ONLY THING YOU ALL SERVING THERE IS IGNORANCE!!!!!I just had a recent experience with a young lady named Erica I was so excited and press with this young ladyHer mannerism and customer service was gladly welcomed and appreciated I truly wish that we had more waitresses are either managers with Attitude which was totally Positive. We were waiting at least 1 hour or so for food. The 2 guys that were cooking, we thought they were going to fight. 1 of them was actually cursing out loud! This was so un called for. It's called respect! They were cooking 1 breakfast at a time, not even a whole table. They had a lot of people that actually starting walking out. These 2 guys that were cooking were ridiculous and if I ever walk in to see this again, I most definitely will turn around and walk out. This was the worse place this morning that I've ever been to. Customers were actually asking where is my chocolate milk, I will go get it my self! This was sad!
Service was quick and friendly. My food was cooked exactly how I ordered. I get my eggs over medium and most people undercooked them but they were perfect.

This is one of the cleanest Waffle Houses on the Westbank. Everyone greeted us as we came in, food was ready quickly and our server was phenomenal. Definitely recommend eating here!!
Service was horrible, walked in to sit down and order foodand waited 10 mins just to be told that I would have to wait another 15 to 20 mins for them to clean when before I walked in they didn't have any customers. Right before I walked in there was someone else that walked in before me, placed their order and then tried saying that we was going to have to wait just to even order! This is the worst waffle house I have ever been to and I love waffle house!
