The worst customer experience of any Taco Bell I have ever been to, ever. 1st of all how do you run out of refried beans that is just unbelievable. Secondly it only seems that the restaurant has had to shut down or been overwhelmingly busy ever since the Mexican pizza came back online. Now since they are overwhelmed with business they shut the store down in the middle of the day talking about technical issues. When the real technical issue is they just don't want to work.
To my excitement the Mexican pizza was available for ordering online!!So I *a pescatarian* ordered two veggie Mexican pizzas... what do I bite into driving home! Regular beef Mexican pizza!SOOOO DISAPPOINTED!!I tried calling the store but after ringing a few minutes with no answer i gave up and fed them to my dogsP.S the dogs thought it was delicious
Awful. Every time I go, their ‘systems are down.’ All of their employees with be sitting in the parking lot playing on their phones. Went just now? Same thing as usual.
Great service, always get the correct order in the drive thru, good food.
They literally don't know when they close. One day you go and they're open, the next day they're closing early because they have no food. Needless to say the recording comes on saying they're closed and last time I pulled around to ask the hours and they're like "we're open" so I pulled back around to order. This location(WB Expressway Gretna) should've stayed closed if they were going to have these types of issues. They are just now open after hurricane Ida a whole 3 months and change later. But, having kids run your million dollar franchise never works.
The dining room is never open for lunch until 12 pm I go to lunch at 11 pm the new cruw is unprofessional
Very rude staff. I went through the drive through and ordered a crunchwrap with no meat, but they put meat on it. I went back in to ask for another one with no meat and they were jerks about it.
Overall, everything was good. Especially the guy who took our order. The only problem my 5 Dori to loco tacos were kinda soggy BC they didn't put it in the cardboard
Today (10/18/21 around 12:45pm) I ordered a Chicken Gordita Crunch via Drive-Thru and they put beef instead of chicken. So, I went back to Drive-Thru and waited in line and I showed the girls that were working there that they put beef instead of chicken. So, they gave me the right one after. And I took back the wrong order home and gave it to our housekeeper. Because I believe in hunger (people who have no food, money to buy groceries, and etc). This was the first time that this happened.
Had a great experience tonight. Employees were very nice and friendly. Made me so happy that we decided to stop. Oh, food was good, hot, just what we expected. Thank you!
