I’m only posting because this has happened to me more than once. I did give them the benefit of doubt the first 2 times, but 3 is excessive.Ordering online with them has been a hit and miss situation. The issue is that they claim to Not have received my order. Other issue is they don’t, even attempt to make it right, even though I presented the receipt and I was charged for the order. Their only solution was for me to call my bank and ask for refund. Will Never patronize them again. No customer service skills whatsoever. Additionally, I hope this review helps to keep you from making the same mistake.

This Subway is great the African-American female associate is great!!! Who was on duty 2/29/20 at 3:45 P.M. had to complete a large catering order and wait on walk in customers at the same and completed both tasks without any mistakes and with the utmost professionalism. I will defiantly be a regular customer here on a weekly basis.
This subway has been a terrible experience everytime we try it. The employees are slow and careless when making the subs. The bread is dry, there is a ridiculous amount of sauce and when you pick it up everything slides out out of it. My husband had to eat his sandwich with a fork today....
