It's a regular recently remodeled Starbucks. Food & coffee excellent, but as the case in many Starbucks, there is no old-style coffee house atmosphere. The music is good, but far louder than necessary. Forget conversations. Even difficult to concentrate on reading. Two essential qualities this old guy would like to see revived. I don't mean to pick on this location. Most of the Starbucks and other "modern" coffee houses are the same. So I ate my sandwich, drank great coffee and enjoyed my visit.
They can't get a simple order right. I ordered a decaf with cream. When I got home black coffee no cream. The next time at the window I said what happened before, and to put in cream. Didn't bother checking before driving off since I had told them what happened. Again, no cream. Guess if I had ordered a $10 coffee they'd have gotten it right. That's what I get for spending my money at a Washington state company. Never again!
I went through drive-thru and ordered by the time I got to the window the total service was satisfactory because it was a friendly environment from the time that it took the order to the time that I got my drink and my Danish which is very fresh and warm I hope this helps have a blessed day and I'll try to do another review later on
Terrible service today. As many times I’ve been here I always ask for light ice and they failed. Entirely too much ice. Strawberry Refresher was nasty today. Taste like bitter water. Won’t go again.
The lady at the window is very nice and polite ? my coffee is always according to my order and taste delicious ?
Best thing about this Starbucks is the people who there. What an amazing group of people. When getting ready to try something new, a couple staff let me know how much they enjoy it. This site is always busy, especially the drive-through, but if the service is always this good, then it's worth waiting for. And they were right about the pistachio latte!
Bad attitude from management and extremely long wait time
A pleasure as always. New employees, same great experience! She did a great job and was super sweet!!! I'm talking about Brandy, the new employee. Not my coffee... My white chocolate peppermint mocha was perfect!

These guys are so professional and so fast. Heard the poor lady taking all kind of nonsense at the window today, offered the lady a free drink, but then got told how to do her job over and over again. Her co-worker was there helping her and the others kept up with the rest of their drink orders. Seem like a great team.
