They say “that’s how they make it”. Honestly I never drank no *watery* smoothie from smoothie king before. I guess this location likes to gaslight their customers instead of just remaking the smoothie or giving them their refund. Keep in mind the girl with black hair told me “You wanted it thick right?” Well yes but if this is thick then what’s with all that extra juice or water..? Also my stomach hurts drinking the first 4 sips. Can we please stop making customers nauseous due to not remaking it please.

Picked this one over the one on gen degaulle and lately the service has been EXTREMELY slow!!! Not sure what happened (maybe new staff or new management) but everytime I come now the line is backed up almost to Walgreens next door and the staff have to come out with the laptop. Waiting in line I feel like I'm waiting on a train.

Hit or miss with my Vegan Mango Kale.Line is always long doesn't matter if its $5 all day or a normal business day. Their management needs to reevaluate their Customer Service & workflow in their small space. This location is in conveniently located

I have been to this smoothie king several times and have never had a problem. The service is quick and courteous. However, today I bought my usual mocha high protein smoothie and it was NASTY! I realized that the receipe has been changed and now they add dates. Next time I'll have to remember to leave them out of my drink! I'm not sure whose idea that was...but yuck!
Very prompt service and the employees are very knowledgeable on the products. Love it.
Please wear your mask properly. Most of the eight young ladies and one young man and just half of them were wearing the mask properly. It's not a fashion piece.
