horrible customer service here and the one on gen degaulle
This is not a review of ALL Rally's, just this single location.Summary: DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.I visited around mid-afternoon on a Sunday well after any lunch rush. I was happy to see that the drive-thru line was almost empty (3 cars in line... one ordering, one waiting to order, and one waiting for their food at the window). For the car in front of me to order (a few people in the car), it took about 7-8 minutes. Most of that was waiting for someone to ask for their order. The car behind them left due to the wait. I got to the ordering speaker and got ready to order after the attendant said something slightly incoherent into the speaker. It took another 8-10 minutes before I was asked to order. 2 cars behind me left due to the wait. I finally got my order in and moved forward; the car that ordered in front of me was still waiting for food. My actual time at the window was about 2-3 minutes. In all, my drive-thru experience was about 27 minutes. To top it off, the fries (the whole reason most people go to Rally's), were rock hard like they had been baking under a heat lamp. The bacon burger I ordered (which is either a double or triple but I wasn't asked which I wanted) was horrible even by fast food standards. The meat looked like it was microwaved and there was what I'd count as 1.5 pieces of bacon on an item where "bacon" is in the name. At least the drink was fine.
1 ⭐ because None is not an option...Waited outside for 9 minutes (with no one in front of me) before an Orleans parish police officer walked up to get a refill and the cashier STILL DID NOT acknowledge me at all. I left very disappointed and still hungry. Saved my money and ate leftovers at my home ?????
Drive through took 15 min just to take order. Then another 20 to get food. Only 3 cars in drivethrough
This is the spicy chicken I just received from rally’s on West Bank expressway. It is flat old and hard.how can u make a sandwich and give that to someone to eat. It is old and hard ., yes the rally on westbank expressway in gretna la. Get it together. I will never come back. If I get sick, I’m suing.
Just had the worst service ever. It took 45 minutes to get my food and only had one car Infront of me. My order was wrong and my fries where cold and not cooked. Not to mention i watch the workers play inside the whole time and give food out to there frinds. Dont even want to eat my food because im scared they did something to it. Ive never wrote a review before. But this experience was so bad i had to share.
I've only ever had great experiences with Rally's until today. The staff seemed untrained and incompetent. They put the order in wrong, when asked to fix it they just removed the incorrect item instead of replacing it, didn't give us both drinks, and didn't give us the correct food. I should not have to go back and correct this many mistakes. This goes beyond clicking the wrong button once and fixing it. Im typically not a complainer but this absolutely ridiculous. Do better, Rally's and staff.
Had my Big Buford combo just what I wanted don't eat it very often but was craving it and it was bad on.
