I always go inside n wait for hot chicken to come up. Don't care if it's mild are spicy. Make my home made potatoes n gravy..
Everything was fresh and hot with one exception, when we got home and unpacked the bag, it was missing some of my order. Hind sight, even though the bag was stuffed, I should have checked it before leaving the drive through window. Lesson learned.
Missing part of order. Tried to call and correct, but twice phone just rang until someone picked it up then hung.
Popeyes Meals are getting smaller and smaller. It's not really a meal anymore, it's a snack. The chicken has shrunk and they only give you a spoon of beans. The beans isn't enough to feed a toddler. I guess they are putting us all on diets.
The worst chicken I have ever got in 50 yrs. Burnt brown !
So hidden under a gang of fries was supposed to be 12 pieces of nuggets. I did not even need to count to know that there were only 5 pieces there. UNACCEPTABLE!! I understand that the lines are always long and your job may get overwhelming due to the amount of ppl waiting...but ppl wait bcuz they want to and don't mind waiting for good food. What's the sense in waiting in a long line, paying your money and not getting what u paid for. IF YOU WOULDN'T WANT TO BE SHORTED ON YOUR MEAL PLEASE DON'T DO IT TO OTHERS!! The only reason I am leaving this review is because it's the 2nd time that this happened at this same location. Please do better by your customers!
Debra that is the gm on the one on belle chase needs to go ! Trying to fight me over my food, that’s wasn’t getting made. Y’all need to get it together on who y’all hire
Delicious however side orders are very small
The manager Debra was so amazing! I watched her work, she was on the register inside and she didn't stop! She smiled the whole time I saw her! And while she was taking care of the orders, she was watching the amount of chicken available and asking her cook what he had going on. She said please and thank you to all of the employees! She is definitely a asset to Popeyes. Her customer service is top notch!
