Had to come straight here and leave this while the experience was fresh. I would leave zero stars if that was a possibility. The women in the drive-through was THE rudest my husband and I ever have experienced, straight attitude with every word, even though my husband was nothing but polite. And when we went to pull up and receive our food at the window, she leaned out and gestured furiously for us to stop before we reached the window, presumably to keep her window time down. Obviously I don’t expect Chik-fil-a level curtesy at Popeyes, but bare minimum civility would be nice.
I just left the drive-thru. Ordered my meals and this lady asked me what kind of sauce. Maybe 6 seconds she starts barking what type of sauce with an attitude. I looked at the person on side of me and said is this person catching an attitude. And now she's even more irate what type of sauce. So I left, what happened 2 customer service. PS they also have you stopped before the window to keep that drive-thru time down.
Finally went to Popeyes after all the hipe. It's just a Louisiana KFC. The chicken sandwich and the macnchees was good, but the fries were old and hard. Service was slow like KFC. Being from Kentucky I should stick to KFC.
Horrible location for a fast food restaurant, horrible service, waited 30 minutes to just place an order. Due to drive thru line setup we couldn’t leave.
No line. Moved fast. Chicken was fresh. A surprise.
Just left the drive through window 10 minutes ago at this place. Very rude and ghettofied person at the window. I wouldn't spend my hard earn money for this horrible customer service. The manager must be off today!!

There served me old, dry, hard chicken pieces aka chicken nuggets. I went through the drive-thru;so, I noticed once I got home.
I pulled up to the drive through window and paided for my order, I was asked to back up while I waited. Pretty sure that was to stop the timer on the window!!! I noticed they had left a side off I my order. I pulled up and they were kind enough to give that to me no cost, or was there? When I got home moms three piece mild dark was only to legs, my two piece double breast upcharge was two thighs. I had to go back and wait in line because they would not pick up the phone. They did correct my order and was told to keep the original two incorrect thighs. Thumbs up guys I know this pandemic is hard but half the staff was sitting around texting doing nothing!!!
Waited in line for 20 minutes before being told at the window that they were only taking cash after they couldn’t comprehend the difference between a large read beans and regular mashed potato and had to keep being corrected. Then they decided to let me know that they only are taking cash. In the middle of a pandemic at that.
