This is the First Time Ordered from this Pizza Hut.I was Greeted with a Hello How are you By Alisha George who took my Order Said it would be about 20 minutes.I Asked if I could Come back and Pick up The Response was Yes Ma'am.Got there 25 minutes Later Order Was Ready Hot and Right.I'm not a Big Pizza Eater but Family is I did Eat a Piece of the Supreme it was Delicious.I Ordered a Large Pepperoni, Medium Supreme Double Order of Cheese Sticks and Breadsticks.Needless to Say Everything just about Going.We will Definitely be Back Not Just Cause of the Food Being Right,Hot and Delicious. Also Because of Alisha George Very Respectful, Patience, Kind and Polite.Thank You for a Great Experience. See ya Next Time ✌
Never recieved order. They wouldn't answer the phone when I tried calling. Worst experience. Now fighting to get a refund.
Pizza is always hot and on time when they predict it to be and the staff is always friendly.
I ordered online and when I walked up (with a cane) six people rushed ahead of me. I thought I would be there for a while but within a few minutes orders were taken and/or delivered. I went to the counter and before I went to sit down one of the two cashiers walked out with my pizza and helped me out the door. Pizza was perfectly topped and was still hot when I got home.
The food was good, I did pick up. Sometimes if your order delivery you don't get great food though. I don't know if it has to do with them being busy or not, but sometimes you get great food sometimes it's a waste of money.
I drove to the wrong location and had to go back home to get my phone for directions as I am not from the area. Little did I know that the store was closing/closed! When i arrived they told me they called and texted me (which they did, but i did not look or notice for i was driving ) I was greeted and welcomed warmly. Much to my surprise they waited past closing time to give me my warm and ready food. We even chatted briefly. Due to the area i would choose a different location but the service is unbeatable and I will return and place orders here first. It made my night
They have been able to fulfill my orders the past 3 months every time my local pizza hut near my house has a staffing, or quality control issue.
Pizza was hot and made very quickly didnt have to wait to long for carry out
The pizza was ready in the time window given and was properly made.
The cheese sticks barely contained cheese and the bread was dry, the marinara was either spoiled/sour, really tart, it just was not good and I thought maybe it was just me until my daughter came upstairs with her mozzarella sticks and said she spit out the marinara sauce. My son said the pizza was good though. For some reason the only location that seem to do the cheese sticks well is the uptown S. Claiborne location. The cheese sticks have a little crunchiness to it and taste like they add a little oil and the cheese it plentiful. I had no cheese on both ends of my cheesesticks, it was more like breadsticks.
