Ordered for delivery tonight, I even tipped & wrote delivery instructions. I called when I realized I couldn't track my order to check if my delivery order was still in the system dude said yes. After over an hour since ordering I called back, I was informed our order was for pickup. Why wouldn't dude say it was pickup when I told him it was delivery? I was given 2 receipts with 2 different amounts on it. One has the tip on it & the other doesn't.
You know right before I started working there but I've been hired I decided to look and see what people said about Pizza Hut and so many negative things you see Pizza Hut on Franklin Avenue where I work we got a new general manager and her name is Miss Katherine what I tell you this lady has the greatest heart to showing people that don't know much about pizza she leaves them and guide them in a way that is totally professional every single person I've met there since I've been employed there has just been awesome good service good customer service good leadership so go in there and have pizza order pizza there's just no I delivery drivers are just as precious as everybody else is there and I've been working there probably a week in a few days and is consistently ran the same way every day we couldn't have a better GM

Hands-down this location and more specifically Catherine- is awesome. Ordered my pizza for delivery DoorDash took a picture but didn’t actually leave it I called the restaurant and they immediately got a new order going and even called me back to let me know that a different driver was going to be heading my way. They went above and beyond and were as sweet as can be
I ordered our pizza TWO HOURS AND 20 MINUTES ago! Its still NOT here and NO ONE is answering the phone!
