Food was good and tasty but I do believe it is a little over priced. Was charged $11.99 for a rotisserie chicken ? breast with wing. Also had brussel sprouts, corn, mashed potatoes with gravy and a tomato/cucumber salad for a total $18 and change. Dining area was clean and Amy was bringing patrons extra napkins and whatever else they wanted. Tried to get change to leave a tip for Amy but the cashier was no where to be found as they had other customers waiting to pay for their food. As stated they food was cooked to perfection and tasty.
Table service was non existent... Food was decent, portion size was on the smaller side, price like everything else is getting higher. Hard to see it as a good value
My chicken tasted like it had gone bad… didn’t even feed it to my dogs. My brown gravy tasted burnt. Green beans were cold and rubbery. I got a piece of bread but the lady panicked after seeing something on it and threw it under the hot table quick! Hate being wasteful but I was bound to get sick from this. The mold in the building is insane. The customer service was horrible.I used to love this place.
I had the crawfish etouffee with a side of fried okra and brussels sprout. Everything was fresh and the staff was kind.
The experience was AWESOME. Especially with having my 3 year old grandson in tow.
Piccadilly has always been a family favorite. The vast selection of well prepared proteins are second to none. Mom will be happy because you will eat your veggies and find one to satisfy your taste. Desserts abound and are ready to travel if you want your sugar rush later. Great food good prices.
The food was cold over cooked... I had the fried catfish with broccoli and Red beans and rice.. catfish was a battered corn fried lousy broccoli over cooked and cold red beans and rice was bland... Overall.. the tea gets a d... Water and sugar very little tea flavor.... I'm a retired soul food chef... Unless it's vast improvement to the steam line. Inexperience cooks and line server should know temps and freshness... Ask them would they eat what is being presented.... At 34.00 for 2 lunches.. it was not worth the price... Check my profile I've cooked at all forms of high level and volume cooking.. take this advice retrain the team member in the areas that's really needed.. I can come in do that for you.for a fee of course.. if you like to make investment for future of company reputation... Piccadilly'was a place go for some down southern food.. disappointed ??☹️☹️
The food there is reasonable and tastes like home.
My experience at Piccadilliy Restaurant did not go well. Our grilled fish and vegetables was terrible that day in Harvey, La., October 2021.I was shocked that the "carrot- shuffle" was terrible.Which was one of my favorites.A refund was issued back to us.It's been a long time since my last visit. For unknown reasons, it was not Piccadilly's usualquality of food service.Hopefully, Management will look further into this matter. However,Tks Piccadilly Management for the RefundJust Another Concerned Customer
Years ago I used to love eating at Piccadilly's. When the quality of the food went down, I stopped eating here. Decided to stop in and give it another try. Food was worse than when I last remembered. It is too Bland and has No flavor. The only dish that is still good is the carrot souffle.
