2 and a half hours later....still no pizza. They said 1h delivery, then an hour and a half. When i called at 2h and said our pizza would be cold, Lady that answered hung up on me after saying no it wont. 2h and 20 min later, they call us and say they wont be delivering our order. Their only options were to come get it ourselves for 40% off OR 25% off our next order OR a full refund of our $60 order. Why is that an OR option and not an AND option. Nobody should have to wait almost 2.5h for a pizza order that you said was on its way 3 times.
Poor customer service; employees attitude stinks. I wouldn't spend money in there for anything.
Walked in. Before I could get my foot across the threshold good someone from the back yells "I'm closed!" Even though door was unlocked and it was 30 minutes before posted closing time. She then claimed that they closed at 9:30 although the door was unlocked. Haven't tried papa John's in a long time. Reminded me of why I stopped ordering from them.
Let’s just say I make a better pie at home and leave it there. Lol!! I don’t know why I was expecting an authentic Brooklyn or NY Style pizza from PJ’s. I set myself up on that one. My husband was like, you knew it was gonna be bad so why’d you get it lol. For once, I can say he was right LOL!!!

Pizza was great. The guy Jeff with green shirt was really helpful. Also other staff members were very considerate. Definitely going back soon. Thanks Pappa John’s???
Good pizza, I usually take it home and put it in the oven to make it more crisper. I would go back.
BEST PLACE, HANDS DOWN!
I placed my order online. After waiting 30 mins my wife and I loaded my 3 kids in the car to pick up our pizza. When I arrived at Papa John's I was told my pizza would be ready soon. Altogether it took 55 mins to get my pizza's. When I arrived home and went to eat my pizza they gave me a regular non stuffed crust pizza. Very disappointed, aggravated, and UPSET with Papa John's right now. Would not recommend this place...
Great pizza every time, thank-you. No place is perfect but this Papa John's usually does an outstanding job. They are a little more pricey than the competition across the street but when I want the best I call Papa John's.
