Great breakfast n I always buy the mc double with a small fry and it is less than $4 and it always fills me up and I'm a big guy!!!!
This is the only location that always serve ice cream in the westbank and the staff are always so efficient!
This location does not offer dine in. Tons and tons of people working there but they refuse to open the inside just like every other McDonald’s. Lazy people. I wish there was a way of changing it on Google to let people know that this is only a drive-through which is also obnoxiously long but I can’t.
A few months back I used to stop here every morning for a sausage biscuit and a medium caramel frappe for probably 4 months straight. Ms. Latrice at the back window taking my order eventually recognized my car and before I could even speak she would ask me if I wanted what I usually get and she never forgot it. After that I started working mid-day shifts and while they serve lunch I just get a large fry and a medium coke with no ice. 2 days into ordering this and Ms. Latrice remembers my order and does the same she used to do with my breakfast order. Always has a very positive attitude and she is there at least 6 days a week working long shifts. I just wanted to leave this review to show appreciation to Ms. Latrice. Amazing woman and I believe today is actually her last day. Just a thank you to Ms. Latrice for always having a smile on your face and a very positive attitude! As well as the lady in the front (I believe she has red hair but I never caught her name) she always triple checks my order and I never have to worry about my order being incorrect if these two awesome workers are there! Again thank you for coming to work and putting on a smile honestly I could be having a really bad day and seeing these 2 women happy and laughing with me brightens up my day.
All the McDonald's needs to stop putting salt on their French fries. Because there are a lot of people who have high blood pressure. I have notice at is several McDonald's that they just pore just about the whole salt shaker on the fries.

Cheeseburgers were hot and fresh. Servers were very nice and friendly. Overall good experience. Not a common experience at McD's

This location is usually great but tonight about 8pm ugh!!!! Waiter 30+ minutes in line.
Good Evening, At approximately 4:30 pm I was in the process of making 2 separate orders from my vehicle. The person taking the order was extremely rude. I placed my first order and my son proceeded to make the second order. The drive thru person working began to yell at my son because she misunderstood what he was ordering. She then began to tell and curse and state that she was no longer taking our second order and that we need to leave and go somewhere else. Another person stepped in and told us they apologized and took our second order. She was telling through the intercom asking if I wanted to pull around and fight her. Who does that? Who I’m invites a customer ordering food to fight them. Once we got to the first window to pay she proceeded to come to the window cursing and threatening to assault me. Again, a manager apologized and we paid for both orders. She still proceeded to try and reach the side of my vehicle. I have never in my entire life experienced such aggression from someone while at work like this. On top of the fact she was coming to the window eating a large sandwich while working the window. I’m not sure if this will reach who needs to see this but this type of behavior shouldn’t be allowed. I don’t think any of the other employees thought of this as a serious situation either. I live in the neighborhood and patronize this McDonald’s location #5359 often. This in definitely unacceptable.
