7am sunday june the 12th. Pulled up to the drive thru. Two employees, a male and a female both outside smoking cigarettes. I waited a few minutes, no one at the speaker to take my order. Also no other customers. I opened my truck door and asked the two employees if they were open. They said yes. I asked if they were taking a break. The lady was on her phone and just held her hand up like, hold on...the guy said, we'll be back inside in a minute. So they watch a customer drive up and choose to finish their smoke break before instead of the customer. That's horrible service. But i don't guess it matters cause I'm white. White people don't deserve good service.
Ummm. Been to McDonald's a bunch, like most people. Drive thru was slow. I just ordered coffee and a small cup of ice, cause apparently despite litigation the coffee is still too hot... So I like to put a little ice in it. Order looked good, paid at first window. Coffee ready when the manager stepped in to serve it. Hot! Asked for the small cup of ice. "They didn't charge you for it" My reply, "it's just a cup of ice." I got a blank stare. I just smiled, laughed and drove away shaking my head. I encourage the people that work at this location to hold a higher standard for quality and service. And I would pay for ice... Cause again, the coffee is still too hot. Generous 2*.
Every time I go here the breakfast is awesome only problem I had today when I brought my son to get dinner is they only had rootbeer to drink other than that the food was perfect he said
Always, always, always messing up our order. The workers are extremely rude. You can tell that Noone likes their job. They never do anything right

Very slow...and, got our order wrong.Not as good as the McDonald's on Barataria Blvd in Marrero. ?
This Mc Donald's location always seem to have fresh fries. *Knock on wood* I've never had a bad order of fries from this spot, so I go here just for the fries and cheeseburger with no pickles. Due to Hurricane Ida, they were not open when I last went, but I'm reviewing the place based on my last visit.
Still definitely one of the cleanest stores on the west bank!
