They need to fire the whole establishment and start over. No one in the drive thru line. Waited 10 mins to order, after ordering I pulled up and paid, pulled up to the next window and was told to pull up and wait. Waited for about 20 minutes until someone came out and asked what I had ordered. Waited another 10 minutes and finally received my order, which of course was incorrect. Terrible service, avoid this restaurant like the plague!!!!!!
Overcharged me for extra items.Food was room temperature / asked for warm cookies for rock hard cold ones & drinks was watered down. The manager herself toldMe she wasn’t changing the machines right now.I persisted to wait being I already was overcharged , paid & drive here for the Hi- C. Not 1 NAPKIN.
This was the worst experience I've ever experienced. I waited to be serviced about 10 min., ordered my food had to wait another 15 minutes to get cold fries. The doors were locked so I go to the drive thru window and tell the manager my fries were cold. She of course had a nonchalant attitude as if she didn't care. And after waiting another 10 minutes she gave me my fries with no apologies or anything. Keep that same energy manager lady and you'll continue to be disgusted.
A one-star rating is generous . The height of absurdity and incompetence. Advertises dine-in. There's no notices on the door I go inside and ask for coffee and they tell me I can't get it inside I have to go outside through the drive-thru. They forced me to stand in the line with a bunch of cars just to get a freaking coffee. They had 4 employees standing around people inside they could have got me a coffee but it said no they require me to send between a bunch of cars and their exhaust fumes being almost squished by one of them. Then when I get to the front of the line they tell me they don't have coffee. That they don't make coffee in the evening. I asked to speak with the manager. They would not bring me a manager. I hope McDonald's goes bankrupt for this complete absence of any sense of customer service. Outrageous.
I see why the rating are so low for this McDonald's. Staff is so unprofessional, ordered 2 different days and the order was messed up both times and it took them over 15 minutes to bring out a mcmuffin for my mobile order. I would close this location and start over if I was the owner
One of the worse services I ever had at Mc Donalds. I won't be going to any of them no time soon.
I ordered from them and didn’t get anything I actually ordered My order was a double quarter pounder with cheese extra cheese large meal with a Coke and a small strawberry shake the only thing they got right out of this whole order was the coke. Instead what I received looks like a single quarter pounder plain meaning no pickles no mayo no mustard no nothing not even cheese a medium fry and a Coke then the guy at the window tried to tell me I didn’t even pay for a shake I showed my receipt then he turns around and says oh we don’t have strawberry all we have is vanilla which vanilla was fine but it was a simple fact if I order strawberry if y’all didn’t have it you should’ve told me that. At this point I just want my money back
Good food, only once l had a return; so great and live close near two others.
Worst McDonalds ever....the little guy manager is rude and has a nasty attitude. Gets mad when you ask for hot food. Fast food workers should serve the food the way they would want to be served.
Food was fresh and hot and employees were very happy and friendly.
