This is a horrible store. The Manager was outside smoking, the employees would not take my order, someone had locked themselves in the bathroom and the manager was not concerned about getting them to open the door! I finally left and she was still outside smoking! Do not go here!!!!
Google search says dining room open. The store has multiple signs stating the dining room is open. Enter dining room. Ignored several minutes. Am I a ghost. Finally, "dining room closed, drive thru only". Where does it say that? "I don't care" More hostility from someone having a bad day. It's so easy to be kind. Basic social skills go a long way. If management cared at all, this store would not be dealing with this much neglect.
The bathrooms were pretty nasty but I feel like that's a requirement of all proper McDonald's. The staff was friendly enough. The coke was out so they asked what else I'd like. Other than that it was pretty typical. The Order Kiasks are nifty and make ordering go alot faster.
Tell me why I wait in line for 35 minutes only to be told they are closing at 11pm. I understand being under staffed but I do not understand why the person in front of me and the person behind me was able to order. Wow this establishment has really went down hill.
Last night was my worst night at McDonald's when I saw the worker vaping at the window blowing the smoke in the air I was through and then he left the vape pen on the counter
Only McDonald's close to me that's open late BUT maybe bc of the time my order wasn't correct. I ordered a cheeseburger and got a hamburger on a stale bun.
They mess up your order a lot but I feel like its cause they're always busy
Went into the lobby and waited at the cash register. A girl at the register was on her cell phone and never even looked up at me. Finally the manager came over and told me to use the "self serve kiosk". I asked politely if I could have someone check me out instead because I wanted to use my points on the app and I wasn't sure how that would work on the kiosk. They refused to check me out at the cash register. Literally 3 people just standing around not doing anything and no one will help you. I just walked out. I would never come back to this location.
Pretty good service faster than most and food is cooked a little better.
Best McDonalds in the New Orleans area....food is always hot and fresh....even with 3 employees working.
