We went in early this morning , and were the only people in the place. The hostess sat us and then disappeared and we literally never saw another person. After 15 minutes, we got up to see if we could find anyone. We could hear staff laughing in the kitchen but couldn’t see anyone, so we realized they weren’t concerned with our business and left. Not like any iHop I’ve ever been to before.
Reordered to correct previous issue. All items were available and packaged per my request.Giving 4/5 stars due to the lack of AC. Workers were diligently doing theirs jobs, but under extreme conditions.Please address.
The prices are crazy. $5 for each drink lemonade sweet tea and coffee. $12.99 for a kids burger plus the waitress she was charging me for 2 more platter that never give us. She was grumpy. They think that only because we are Spanish we don't understand the ticket. $136 for 2 adults and 3 kids. This is crazy with this price I can eat an a better restaurant.
I love the service. The servers are friendly and polite and they take care of the customers. However the building really needs an overhaul. There is an odd smell, it is not appetizing and the seats are worn out the tables are discolored. I think those ladies and gentlemen deserve a better building.The only reason for the four stars and not five is because of the building.The crew at IHOP in Gretna Louisiana by the Oakwood Center... keep up the great work.
I asked for pickles, bacon, and cheese with mayonnaise. My burger was dry with no seasoning
Server was great, wait time was far too long as the place was not at all busy. The hostess had the enthusiasm of a sedated snail, not friendly at all, felt like we were disturbing her nap time.....
The staff was honest upfront that the staff was limited to one cook and two waitresses. They were courteous and quick all the same
Make us wait for 45 mins for a table while the waitresses were on the phone. Get our food and it was cold, and the hash browns had an odor like the Greece wasn’t changed. People in my group got nauseous as soon as we left there. The hot chocolate wasn’t hot and when we told the waitress she didn’t seem to care. Wish I went to Waffle House instead.
Even with the large amount of people in the restaurant and only two waitresses the food was quick it was hot they refilled the drinks and they were extremely friendly and helpful
There were 4 people and we ordered three breakfast entrees knowing that there was enough food to feed all of us.
