Ice cream are delicious, but the service is too slow..
Totally rude and had no ice cream...we asked for plane vanilla and they didn't even have that...they should close the doors.
Love love love the sundaes and cones from this ice cream place!! I recommend trying the midnight cookies and crème flavor!
Let me start off , if I could leave no starts I would. Very disappointed. I come here with my kids all the time. Tonight we arrived at 8:20 and the shop closes at 9 pm. The worker told me they aren’t serving milkshakes anymore and I asked her, “Why not, y’all don’t close for another 40 minutes”. She said to me “I know what time it is”. Can’t believe she responded to me this way. Don’t think I will be returning .
Delightful employees work here who all provide great customer service every time I visit.
Products of lesser quality, pricier and smaller portions than local ice cream shops that make less profits. But hey, haagen dazs, much like it's location in a belle chasse area faux luxury shopping center, is a facade.

Ice cream was delicious. And the customer service was great. The young ladies working know how to treat people. Wonderful experience. . (Update:) Went back on Sunday. Music playing in the background was demonic. We do not want to listen to lil Wayne and the cash money demons. This is a family establishment. Save that music for your ears and your ears only. Period. Keep it professional!
Favorite ice cream place in the West Bank.
I went in with my two daughters and was very promptly served their ice creams and my shake,and it was all delicious. Employees were very nice, and they had a military discount! Great little location as well. Seemed very clean.
