Always received generous portions but if ordering to pick up/take out, always check your order before you leave. Last three times something was missing and did not want to travel back to get it. Sometimes they don’t answer the phone because they’re to busy (probably why orders aren’t always complete). Probably need more help like other restaurants do now. Otherwise happy with them.
The food was delicious. The portions were Huge. Our waitress, Maggie was incredible. I would say everything was awesome.
Food was good enough.BUT take out only. Food for 10 people was placed in two large paper bags including leaking soup in both. Short 7 min later BOTH bags disintegrated. Entire meal was lost in the back seat floor of the car. Definitely not cool. Was too disgusted to even bother calling them. I won't go back. They should know better.
Food is always delicious. Several entrées have become a bit pricey, but still very tasty.
“Food was horrible”, if I could I would have given it a Zero, unfortunately for me I couldn’t. I have gone to this place several times in the past, no more for me.“I guess COVID must have taken toll”.
Empress of China as usual its delicious ? I love the egg rolls and sweet and sour shrimp oh and don't forget that combination rice with extra shrimp at this place you definitely get your money's worth ? ? ? ? ?
It’s been worse every time over the past 6 months. Meat is chewy. Veggies are mushy. Prices are up and quality is down. We’ve been customers for 20 years. ?
I ordered the Mandarin Chicken and the steam dumplings and the fried dumplings are amazing first time ordering always good food
Rude as hell. Told them I can’t have shrimp I am allergic they told me I couldn’t have anything but combination rice and that it wouldn’t have shrimp. Low and behold I get home and there’s the shrimp. They were very curt when ordering
Ordered house lomein, gave me egg noodles unstead. Called the restaraunt to clear things up, the man said that's their house lomein noodles. What a liar.
