We walked in with a group of 20 people with Kajun Outcast Jeep Club and there were only 2 employees behind the counter so I thought it was going to be a long night. All of a sudden 2 other employees came from the back and jumped in to help and they got it done with amazing efficiency and accuracy. I don’t know her name but the girl with the green tinted hair was the motivator that got it done. Great food and service and I highly recommend this location.
If I could rate this location 0 STARS I would. This review is no reflection on the staff! The manager has no business being in the position he is in. My online order was given to someone else, no urgency to fix my order or anyone else's that order was not complete or correct. When asked why isnt my order ready, I was told we are extremely busy. Extremely busy 30 minutes past the original pick up time. No attempt was made to deligate someone to get my order. 5 minutes later someone gives my wife a thrown together order that was missing sodes. When asked for the sides I was told We are sold out!. No offer for substitutes or apologies. No people skills whatsoever! I will never go to this location EVER AGAIN
The croutons on the salad were stale, the fries were burnt, there was more fat on the brisket than meat, the bread was stale & I asked for pickles & onions & didn’t get it! Now I remembered why it hadn’t gone back to this place since forever-??. Save yourselves & find another place to eat!!! They don’t deserve the one star given!!!
We really like eating here. Not many BBQ restaurants on the Westbank. This time I was served mostly fat as beef brisket. My salad was not fresh. Croutons were stale and the cheese was hard and crumbly! And the corn had a funny taste!The location on the Eastbank is the best!
Meat was left out, and cold by the time I walked from counter to table.
This is one of the most non sense of urgency business I've encountered. The phone is always busy yet, when I get there, hardly anyone there. Go to drive through, no one is there. Sat in drive thru for 10mins, rang the bell and no one came. I had to CALL to let them know, I was in drive thru. Like, wth? The young girl answered, came to the window with an attitude. Smh! Let's keep in mind, 2 workers walked by, looked at me, walked in the cooler and nothing. Order was wrong buy after waiting 35mins, I wasn't going back. All you get is a "I'm sorry you experienced..." I don't want your sorry. Do better.
Being my first time to this barbecue place they said yeah they were out of pulled pork and other items to see with expect to be at or cooked there, settled for a brisket sandwich and maybe a 7 out of 10
Ordered three meat plate, received two and ribs were so dried out too tough to eat. My side orders were both green beans and I ordered two different side orders. Asked for onions and pickles did not get them and no bbq sauce came with the dinner. Horrible place. Don't order from here.
We ordered delivery from here for the first time yesterday. When I order got to us an hour later it was wrong. One baked potato was supposed to have spicy bbq and the other baked potato was supposed to have butter cheese bacon, sour cream and regular bbq sauce. We received about 5 small containers of bbq sauce (none labeled). There was next to no cheese, no bacon bits and no sour cream to be found. The containers were not labeled so we had to lift up the meat to see which one had the chili on it which there was very little of that as well. Will not be ordering from here again
That's was my first time eating there I love ?it service was great hope to visit soon
