Used to enjoy. Lately, my order is always wrong. Won't be back
It’s Friday night, and y’all must be short staffed or just don’t want to work. 6 vehicles all waiting for their orders, the employees fussing on the intercom about not serving anyone else. It was 9:30pm. No one even acknowledging you at the screen til they hear you speaking. Then tells the lady behind us to hold one moment to come back and say they not serving anyone else. Too much playing and hollering on the intercom. Very unprofessional and retraining needs to happen.
Placed order with Dynasty. Which she told me to pull up after waiting for 20 mins on my food the food was cold the fries tenders and the burger that was order was wrong..after letting Ashanta know our food was cold she gave the food to Dynasty and Dynasty laughed as if it was a joke. I went inside the store and requested my money back and went to sonic in which my food there was fresh and hot. I will not be returning to this Diary Queen. This is not the way to treat customers who spend their money at this place of business I'm all about customer service which I been doing nearly 20 years
This place should be shut down. Disgusting. And all employees are lazy with bad attitudes.
I come here often! The staff is really nice. Just went through the drive thru today and even though they are short staffed, my food was yummy as always!There was some super rude woman in front of me that was being racist and just AWFUL to the woman in the drive through window.A reminder to everyone who goes and gets food from any restaurant- the staff there are generally always understaffed right now because of Covid. Take a breath and be nice to the people who are making the food you order!!
Cold burger. The last time I ate there the hamburger meat was burnt and cold. Will not eat here again

Ordered sea salt blizzard and they forgot to put the fudge pieces in..Also there was a small hole in bottom of cup

So we go here often but today was horrible. Fries were cold, I ordered grilled chicken bites but got old hard as a rock fried chicken,I couldn't even eat. Husband's cheese on burger was sloppy like they stuck it in microwave. This was the wose and won't be going back.
