I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Do not go to this location. Management is horrible. Workers are absolutely lazy. I wanted biscuits with my order but they said they had ran out of biscuits. They told me they will make some more if I waited 9 minutes. Well 9 minutes turned into AN HOUR. I waited an hour for some biscuits that were not even made. Another customer came in asking if her biscuits were done and of course it was not even made. Not sure how this place is still up and running. All I got was I’m sorry. WILL NEVER be going here again.
The management is truly a joke and the workers are lazy. Food never came out and they were lazy to cook more. Workers just laughing and doing nothing. Probably the worst establishment I been to. Surprised they haven’t shut down this location yet. Don’t waste your time here. They have Popeyes, WingStop, and Brothers nearby to give your business to.
If you are going to change your hours due to staffing shortages, then someone should be on the ready to change it here. Nothing worse than showing up to a place and they not answer the speaker at all and then you pull up to the window to your surprise hey they're closed and happy to tell you so. These places are just not what they used to be but hey, it's junk food anyways right. Makes you wanna eat healthy and at home.
How is this place still opened. They are never opened. They close early as they want. They never have anything. No chicken strips, no napkins, no straws etc. These always a written sign on the speaker with some type of message. Today I pulled up at about 12:30 there was a sign that said sorry we open at 12. Even though they open at 10. Pulls up to the speaker after 12 to be told they weren't opened yet. This is by far the worst Churches Chicken I've ever berm to. I stay away hoping to return to some improvement. Nope it gets worse. Won't be a next time
Food was great service was slow but what can you expect when they are short staffed due to COVID-19...
The one start is only based off professionalism and not the quality of the food. That being is because I was not even able to order from this establishment. Everything showed that the restaurant was still open with closing at 10. However, once I arrived there at 8:15, I was told by a guy bringing out the garbage that they were closed. As a curtosy to your customers, it would be proper etiquette to update your business hours so that they are accurate.
Love that chicken from churches and the fried orka ,mashed potatoes with coleslaw plus I like to eat thier biscuits with honey and a big glass of ice tea .
Horrible..horrible..horrible. They need to shut this place down. Terrible customer service and terrible food. Bloody chicken, stale sides, hard biscuits. Between the workers and food idk how this place is still up and running. Do yourself a favor and don’t eat here. Also, it’s very unprofessional to have hand written notes over the drive thru speaker.
Chicken Quality of preparation has really improved ? down side is if you go around 6 p.m. your bound to sit in a long line for 30 minutes and beware you may get denied there's a cutoff of how much people there's chicken for after 6 p.m.
I'm from North Louisiana and recently moved to New Orleans and was in the mood for a taste of something from home. Why not Churches?! ? Yeah, right. I'm driving like Batman through the area to get there before they close down only to be met by two employees outside laughing and telling me, "We closed, baby!" I can't even give a review being that they closed the place an hour early, but judging by these other reviews, God was protecting me!? Just close the doors!
