A majority of the time, the food is good and the workers are nice. Sometimes however, they'll screw the order up.
Wings and Things!!!!!Oh yeah, friendly staff, clean facilities, dining area was IMMACULATE. Mentioned to my husband that even the ceiling was clean (which weirdly is a thing for me)
1st time going. very good food and didn't give me a headache which is good bc alot of place have to much salt in there food.
I’ve never had Zaxby’s before, but decided today I would give them a shot. There was a bit of a wait in the drive-thru, but understandable giving number of cars there. We ordered the Blue salad, #3 and extra 3 tenders with sauce. Staff was friendly - let us know that our extra order of fingers was in the box. Got home to find that our order was actually short the 3 extra fingers. We tried calling twice to let them know, but no one ever answered. Between this and the meal itself being less than par, I don’t think I’ll be going to Zaxby’s again - at least not this location.
We found ourselves needing a late night dinner (8:30p) but didn't want the traditional fast foods. We had never tried this chain ans they were open until 11 so why not? Between all of our party, we had the kids' tenders, a grilled chicken sandwich, a Cajun chicken sandwich, and two types of Buffalo wings (sweet heat and tongue torcher - their most popular flavor). The fries weren't quite as crispy as I prefer, but were tasty. I liked the toast as an alternative to traditional buns and the chicken was spot on for everyone. It was a refreshing change from the standard fast foods. But what made this experience outstanding was the wonderful young lady who helped us with our order. She was sweet and personable and went out of her way to ensure we had excellent service. Milaya was awesome!!

Management really needs to get it together and place an ADULT on the night shift. Today is Sunday Oct 31. At roughly 8:55 I pulled into the drive through and overheard the cashier tell the woman in front of me that they were out of fries. She drove away and I pulled up. after sitting there waiting for someone to greet me I pulled up to the drive through window to see what was going on. A young man and 2 girls were behind the counter huddled up laughing and joking. Then the young man walks to the window and tells me that they were closing at 9pm tonight so I couldn't purchase anything. As I was pulling off there were 3 people ordering at the counter inside. Where is the manager? They need to be coached on what professionalism is because I saw none there
Ordered a Cobb Salad. They were out of eggs! Didn't put any crackers in the bag. Hardly any chicken on it! Line was slow. Done with Zaxby's.
I visited this Zaxby’s last week. I ordered a kiddie finger meal when i got to the window i received a chicken sandwich. I told the guy that wasn’t my order and proceeded to reach it back to him. He told me to keep it and that they did not take things back through the window. The manager then proceeds to the window and ask for the sandwich back as well as my debit card i which i gave her both. She then gives me the kids meal and my card back and i then asked for the return receipt. She said that she could not because she had to keep for her records in which i thought was fishy because who refunds something and two copies aren’t printed. I asked to see the receipt so that i could take a picture she gave it to me and i gave it back. Today i checked my bank statement and was charged not once but for three different transactions and there was actually no refund at all. I could not believe the manager would even lie like i wasn’t going to check. I usually go to Chick-fil-a but that day i felt like going to Zaxby’s in which i will never do again.
