The waiting time was over an hour when online stated 15 minutes. Employees were very unprofessional and even allowed a male customer to go behind the counter to HELP. The customer unplugged the phone and all to ensure no customer could call in because the business was so behind. I didn't find that funny at all. To top that off my order was dry/hard and missing 1 of my 5 mini corns I ordered. Smh. Definitely need to get it together
Worst location. You pay, wait for an hour, they never made the food. Wings come undercooked. Order online delivery, they accept order then don't make it and don't answer the phone. Just stay away from this location, it's worse than bad. I've tried three different times and corporate has giving me a "we are sorry gift" every time. Also, had to call Doordarsh to cancel an order that you do through the wingstop website because they didn't pick up the phone after calling for over an hour.
I do not know where to even start. My family and I had a trip to New Orleans this morning and we were on our way back around lunch, And we decided to go to wing stop for the first time ever. When we got there the place seem really small. It took the workers a minute to take my order. Once they took my order we waited 20 min to get food. That wasn't too bad for something that they cook as you order. Well after we got our food we started to eat. And then the lady at the front desk sat on the table on the side of where we were sitting down and started talking on the phone. Not only that but she had the other person on speaker. We could hear everything they were talking about. Not only that but she was cussing in front of my kids . Later the phone at the register keep ringing for aabout 7 min nd no one picked up the phone. They must have called like 4 times. Later one of the workers sat at a different table close to us and fail asleep there . ?? We went there to eat and enjoy our food not to hear someone's conversation or seeing someone sleeping at the job. Not to mention the fries were too salted and burnt, the wings were way too crispy and dry. And the sauce they didn't had enough sauce on them. They were really bad. You litterly had to fight with chicken to get it off the bone. Floors were really dirty and fountain machine needed to be cleaned badly. I DON'T RECOMMEND eating here !!!!!
Starting at the register, employee had a bad attitude not speaking loudly or clearly enough to hear then gets upset with me for not understanding what she/he was saying. Me my wife and son were the only ones in the restaurant and took almost an hour to get food. After waiting all that time we decided to eat at home. When unboxing our food found the fries soggy and half cooked and we literally live 2 minutes away, the garlic parmesan wings were just covered in parmesan cheese (no sauce) and half my original wing were so crispy you almost can't bite into them. I don't know if it's just the low moral in the work environment or if all wing stops are this bad, but I strongly advise against this location....just go to Buffalo wild wings save yourself the disappointment.
Horrible, ordered online 45 minutes in advance only to show up with nothing ready. Was shorted on thighs as well. The food tasted like bad fry oil. Ended up throwing most of it away. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FOOD HERE
Is it possible to give 0 stars? This was a horrible customer service experience and the wings were comparably horrible. I ordered thighs, they didn't have any. When I asked why didn't someone call me, he simply shrugged his shoulders and said but I made everything else. After speaking to the manager, she simply said oh, I meant too. To add injury to insult, the order was short 2 wings. I paid extra for all flats and it was mixed. The chicken (or whatever bird) is huge, they have changed to a substandard supplier. One employee was on his phone and the other was wearing ear buds. Clearly answering the phone is too much to ask.
I have never, ever been to such a poorly run Wingstop. Two weeks ago I went to this location and was amazed that the entire kitchen was flooded with soapy water during business hours. They told me that it would be more than thirty minutes due to one fryer being down. I acted for my fries to be extra extra crispy but they weren’t. You wait more than thirty minutes and you can’t get what you asked for. Yesterday when I tried again to visit this location I found the kitchen flooded with soapy water from front to back of the kitchen again. I walk in and they refused to take my order, the guy at the counter told me that due to the equipment problems they are only taking online orders. He said it would be a hour. I asked for him to take my order and he would not. He said I would have to make my order on line. I went out and loved on and tried to place my order and after in said it would be more than an hour for 10 chicken wings at this nasty place I asked myself why would I do this. I then just drove away and will never be back.
If I could leave a 0 or negative star I definitely would.. what a horrible place staff experience organization overall sucks
Took over on hr for my order, got there and paid got my cups go and get ice and didn’t have ice paid for yellow cheese and when I check they didn’t put it got sweet tea because the label said it was got a sip back home and it was unsweet
Waited over an hour for order. They then realized they gave my order to another customer by mistake. Dont waste your time or money with this location.
