we went past midnight, group of five, everyone got food. I wouldn't put it against the workers to be slow or crabby about orders, but we had complication after complication, delay after delay, it was over 30 minutes for a online order with standard items. respect to the workers in the back, for those working customer service, please just remove the unavailable items from your menu before we pay for something we can't get. food was good, management gave me a headache.
Their burger with avocado is extra good and the spiciness is just right. And they are not stingy with it. I've gotten avocado burgers at more expensive restaurants and you almost had to use a microscope to find it! I appreciate the people at Whataburger. Thank you. ?
Always good service and hot delicious burgers. Marcus the shift manager is a pleasant person to deal with, always friendly and courteous as is the staff as well. Alara was working drive through that day and handled our order with great customer service.
Extremely slow service. When asking cashier about why two burgers were taking 45 mins, she just kept saying it was coming but people in the drive thru kept getting food before people inside. More staff was sitting out in the dining area than working.
Manager was totally cluless and obviously didn't want to be there! Usually great product and great service,but last two times management SUCKED did not have a clue about customer service and acted like I was bothering them, and female didn't even have a name tag. Guess to keep people from complaining about the attitude! Shame it's a good chain who usually goes above and beyond.
Zero Stars!!! Pancakes weren’t fresh they were old and Horrible! I don’t know what happened to this location but I’m never going back!
Their food is consistently good if a little salty. However, service takes a while. Be prepared to be in line for a minute. Idk if it's made to order or not, but it always comes out hot.
The service was very professional and polite. The workers were spot on. I enjoyed ordering from what a burger. The order is always correct.
This place has awesome food and it's consistently delicious. The food is always hot and fresh. The employees are always polite and attentive. The place is always clean too. Y'all keep up the good work. Thanks for being open during covid also. Keep up the great work. I'll try to come by more often
If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Me and my friends came one night and ordered two honey butter chicken biscuit meals and two large fries with an extra fry. We got tater tots so we told the man we had actually ordered fries. He then told us we did not. Even though we clearly did. He then proceeds to give us one fry when we wanted three. Never coming back. He was beyond rude.
