We had the blackened alligator wrap with fries and ordered broccoli as a side. It didn’t taste bad but the alligator was not blackened. The server was nice but even after we clarified that we wanted the broccoli in addition to the fries we still had to ask for them. Music is a little loud, maybe she just didn’t hear us. The wrap was very greasy, the photo shows the grease from one half of the wrap.We ordered sweet tea, but it was not sweet at all.
The blackened chicken is pretty good just wish it wasn't cold. Got the blueberry majito didn't include that it was made with club soda so when I got it and tasted it I didn't like it. (I don't drink often and am pretty new to adult beverages). Wish I was offered to switch out the drink for another or get it taken off my ticket sense it wasn't to my satisfaction.
What a beautiful establishment, staff were friendly and dressed nice but covid-19 isn't an excuse for false information on their official website. Prices were almost doubled from website happy hour prices, server said the old prices, so we decided not to eat here and won't be back because the manager was not informed of our concern. We planned this stop based on their website info.
Absolutely the worst service ever. Our waitress was flat out rude!!! Out of all the restaurants near Hwy 30, this is the very last one I’ll ever go to again. We’ve given it many chances. Three times was enough!
Took forever to get our food and they didn’t know how to make a Shirley temple. Food wasn’t even that well made. Our waitress didn’t check on us but maybe once. Another waitress that wasn’t ours was the one checking on us and brought us our food and drinks.
This place has a fabulous Mad Mary bloody Mary. The crawfish ettoufey was ok but the rice was not fully cooked. The fried crawlfish was delish. Good burgers and beer! Nice staff! They have good fried pickles, too!
Large selection of tasty meals. All three of us were totally satisfied.
Went for dinner with family and had the worst service even though the restaurant was not packed during the middle of our meal. We placed our order and received our drinks, appetizers, and then our main entrees. However, some of our party was unable to eat their entrees as there was no silverware on the table. We flagged our waitress down to ask for silverware and she headed to the kitchen. We waited for several minutes and still saw no sign of our waitress and ended up flagging someone else down. Unfortunately, by the time we received the silverware, our food had chilled down a bit. Our original waitress mainly stayed in the kitchen and did not check on our table until we flagged her down to refill some sodas. Our waters were never refilled and it was hard enough to even flag her down as she was hiding in the back.Food-wise, it was alright, although my pasta was not that appetizing as it barely had any sauce. Though the fried shrimp on top was great. However, even though the food was alright, the service was bad.
