Do not recommend. Got Food Poisoning last time I was there. Coffee pots are filthy and stained and who knows how long the tea sits out. Only half the restaurant is open for seating.
Worst service ever ! Will not ever go back
Second day I’ve been here and the same girl says she is not taking orders at this time. I’m white, they are black. I want to think it has nothing to do with it but my intuition says otherwise. I call and they have the phone off the hook. Yesterday I waited for 15 minutes and she had not taken an order nor served anyone. Other people were waiting. 4 people working could not manage. They need to be retrained, let go of or have a manager dictate to them what comes next. This Waffle House is a no go for me.
Waffle House passed the Vibe check! ✔️ My son & I came to this particular Waffle House and apparently the older lady that was working the grill was NEW and doing orientation. A lady that came in to order To-Go food noticed that the lady running the grill was a little nervous and said that she too was a Waffle House cook. The lady with the To-Go order kept motivating the older lady and gave her tips. She told her how to cook the bacon to avoid overcooking/burning them. Other patrons were very encouraging as well and praised the older lady as she cooked. I mean, what a beautiful thing to experience! This is what humanity is all about! Not one customer there was rude. Everyone (customers & employees) were very polite and nice to each other. Our food was great, service was great and our waitress was GREAT! T'was a beautiful way to start our morning ? ★★★★★+
It's waffle house. Don't go if you're not ready for a coin flip of fast service or a decent wait. It is what it is but it's always delicious
It was ok. All of our food was cold but they fixed us a new plate really quick and that was good.
One of the waitresses set a trash ?️ on the counter and then when someone wanted to sit she just removed the trash can without wiping down the counter. Another waitress came from outside and didn't even wash her hands. I can't imagine what else is going on in there.
Awsome food and service. Cooks didn't have all the order ready at one time. Part of the order came then the rest came 5 minutes later. One girl looked like she had her couch clothes on.
Really good food and EXCELLENT service. If you want good breakfast fast, the Waffle House on Veterans Rd, in Gonzales, LA is the place to go.
