The new owners and management are in the store every time we have gone in. It is clean, workers are friendly and they have clear barriers separating the customer from the toppings so the worker adds your toppings for you!Love to bring my grandchildren there!
I have been By your place in Gonzales over three times now and yet to get your productYour place seems to always be closedI came by today and a hand written note on door said, won’t open until 3:00. I am very disappointed in your company. Will take business else where. Sorry, we can no longer blame everything on covid. That excuse is no longer acceptable.
Closed at 12:30 on a Thursday, sign on door and online says Open. Great way to run a business, let us guess when you're open?
Business hours on the building are wrong , business hours when you Google it is wrong , i shouldn't have to go on your Facebook page to find updated hours as covid was litterally over a year ago its not that hard to get hours changed on Google ! Every establishment had to do it when they changed for covid. I rushed over from Baton Rouge because i wanted to support a local business and decided to cheat on my diet and got there 20 minutes before "closing" just to find out they close at 8 not 9 like posted on the door and everywhere else. Very dissapointed

Flavor selection was very limited. Strawberry, cake batter, vanilla, and pistachio... no chocolate.
I have tried to order tutti frutti via WAITR on many occassions ----> WELL BEFORE CLOSE (mid afternoon) and after an hour or so, I look to see where my order is only to find out that it has been canceled by the restaurant. Once, I tried to order again only to see they have changed store hours and are closed all day, everyday (via WAITR app.) I called the actual store and they told me their regular hours. They were open, when they told WAITR they weren't after I had placed an order. Had we not had a late night out I would have gotten it myself like many times before. But yall know how hangovers are... Really wish I could get in touch with the owner of the store. So much money lost.
