What a difference having the Right People in place makes!!!I didn’t get her name but the girl working the drive thru on Monday 6/14 around 3:30 pm to 4:00 pm.Thank you for being courteous and extremely helpful, while some may just expect this, it’s definitely a lost art.
1 star because we beat the lunch crowd and still waited over a half hour for our food. Not very fast and the food was just thrown together. Not much work ethic at this establishment as the lobby was trashed and half the sodas were just soda water and hardly any sauces in the trays. I would give 0 stars if I could still write a review.The staff overall
I never have any problems with this Taco Bell… I always go around Lunch time and I must say the Service and the Food is Pretty Good! Only problem I do have is sometimes the rice be hard if I order the Chicken Power Bowl but other then that everything else be pretty good.
Fast, always get our order right. Probably the freshest and fasted Taco bell in Louisiana. Service is always friendly.
We went one evening at 8pm and left after 20 minutes when the line only moved two cars up.
I'm very happy to say, that was by far my best visit to Taco Bell. There employees at that location did a great job ! They actually took the time to properly put the items together neatly and with the proper amounts. The food was terrific. All their locations should follow that stores lead. The store was clean and the employees were professional. That will be my go to location as long as I am in Gonzales.

This particular TacoBell is frequently out of taco shells... the staff is been pleasant and appears to work with the supplies they are given. It's useless to order online/app as they don't start your order until you make it through the que to the speaker (were you tell them your order). Then you wait behind the cars ahead of you to the pickup window, where they tell you there're out of what you ordered...
No ice for drinks. 2nd time an order was wrong.
No ice.no chicken, and they can’t take cards. It felt like the employees were literally trying to make me not order. I canceled my order and went to Chick-fil-A. The location has a lack of management and desire to serve the customer.
