Consistently terrible delivery. First time, delivery was never delivered (and it was never even marked as delivered, I just checked) yet they refused to give a refund, kept telling me to call them. They essentially stole $20 out of my pocket.Second time, the order came 2-3 hours late. My sandwich was disgusting at that point and not worth eating. It was tuna.Third time, which was today- they simply cancelled my order and didn't call to say why, and I refuse to call them to ask why. Honestly, they did me a favour by cancelling it. I've given this location way too many chances but at this point I'm not surprised that they're not improving. 3rd time's a charm, I won't be ordering from this location again.Can't wait until a different location offers delivery via DoorDash. They try to act like it's DoorDash's problem but as far as I'm concerned if I'm ordering through Subway's mobile app, it's on them to give me a refund if necessary and make sure I'm contacted if it's obvious a delivery is having problems. How hard is it to contact your customers? I hope this review stings because you lot deserve it.Get new management or someone with a brain that can resolve customers' problems.
I always come to this subway and it always smells clean , i love the line up of teenage girls they have because they are so sweet, helpful and very respectful, i tip every time i come!
Extremely unprofessional staff, the employees were a bunch of teenagers that were literally cursing very loudly infront of all the customers. I can’t believe how rude and disrespectful.
Closed early had little of the menu and could not toast bread.
I come to this subway all of the time and honestly thinks it’s the best subway in ascension parish but let me say I will not be back. I went in to order and they say they’re closed, I sit in the parking lot and call my family to ask what else they want… a girl walks in and gets food. I usually don’t do this and don’t leave nasty reviews but that is truly disappointing.

In the middle of me talking to tell her my order she starts talking to her coworker about something else. every time i’ve been in they try closing an hour early. they packed up everything to close at 8 when they close at 9. they had to un pack everything when a group came in

Nervous to eat anything they made. How are you gonna make and serve food with no mask on??? It’s been over a year, please just wear a mask!! Especially when you touch people’s food...Edit: they made fresh bread just to give us the old ones?
