Me and my daughter went in the drive thru and the employee was not very friendly, and when we ordered the price seemed higher than usual. We always get the same thing. Normally I would have questioned how it was rang up, but we didn’t have time. When getting out drink, it was not even full, also my lid was cracked and not mixed well. It wasn’t even the color it should be. Not sure why the ice was chopped up the way it was, but it wasn’t the normal ice either. Will not be back to this location.
We ordered Pink Juice and chocolate Almonde Milk express, but those are taste like water, worst taste?
Wish they were open more often and didn't close on my lunch break. BUMMER I have to drive further to PJS but oh well.
A line of cars and Starbucks is closed with no sign saying they are closed. People are having to wait until they realize no one is coming. The lights are on inside the building. A lot of angry customers leaving.
This location is a hit and miss! We pay entirely too much money for a cup of coffee to taste like warmed milk and caramel.

Careless staff and long waiting time.We ordered 2 simple drink: an espresso and a latte. We had been waiting for 25 minutes already when 2 people who ordered after us got their drinks. On my question what is the problem, the manager answered that drinks are prepared in order the system processes them. And instead of apologies and attemps to fix the situation she offered us a refund after 25 minutes of waiting time. We took the refund and wrote this review.
I look forward to my Pumpkin Spiced Frappuccino for Starbucks at this time of the year??? Delicious!
They are super nice but was out of an ingredient for every drink I asked for. GET IT TOGETHER MANAGEMENT and get them what they need!
