I came in to pick up a order.the man working was too busy cleaning.he saw me and kept on working.i just left.this is not great customer service.fire this man or teach him business
OMG!! Best ice cream EVER!!! And I eat ice cream everyday!!! Puts Bluebell to shame. Every ice cream flavor is home made and very reasonably priced!! If you don’t know then you need to know!!!

This place is amazing! The ice cream is so fresh and yummy! We had a chocolate milkshake, almond ice cream, egg nog ice cream bar, Oreo ice cream bar, and Mangonada. All were so good! So glad we stumbled upon this place!
Don’t purchase a gift card from there if you actually plan to use it. I purchased one for my dad over a year ago. Every time he tried to use it, they said they couldn’t use it. We went there yesterday and tried to use it again as he has numerous times before and was told the card was no good. He guy was asking how old the card was which shouldn’t have been a factor as the card had no expiration date on it. He finally decided just to give us the order since they had sooo many people in line which was another issue. It would have been a decent way to resolve the issue expect for the fact that I wasn’t made whole as my dad won’t be the entire benefit of the card I purchased. It really makes me wonder if they actually put the funds on the card when I purchased it. The other issue was how long it took to get waited on. I can understand that some places are still having staffing issues, but there were two people working and only one waiting on customers in line. The other was working on online orders. This wouldn’t have been an issue if the place wasn’t packed. Typically restaurants will take care of the customers in the store first or at least alternate between online and in store orders. It’s a shame. I like the ice cream, but I am a stickler for customer service. I don’t plan to return.
My family loves this place. Their pecan Ice cream is really good. Their fruit drinks are good too. They have a new Jamaican drink.
The best homemade Ice Cream that I have tasted in a very long time. The services are very good and you will be surprised at the amount of ice cream you get for 1 scoop. I even went back two days later and yes they changes out the flavors. I recommend this place for a good birthday treat or a special treat of any kind.
