Horrible service! Me and my husband were going out for the night so decided to order pizza for children and babysitter. We wanted it delivered to house. I received a text around 7:12 PM that it was out for delivery and we live only 7 minutes from them so I figured it would be there soon. Me and my husband left and i receive a call from babysitter around 8PM that pizza still has not arrived. I call the store and speak to manager in training and she did state it went out and through a door dash delivery driver, which I told her I didn’t order through door dash and she stated they use that delivery service. She offered to remake it and us pick it up but I was not in the area and babysitter could not drive. The driver never contacted us just took off with pizza. I told Cody I would call back if they did not deliver within 10 minutes. They did not deliver so I attempted to call back and out of 10 times I reached the call center 3 times which then forwarded me to the store which still did not answer my calls. It was horrible I had to contact someone who lived close by to bring my children and the babysitter food. Will not use this Pizza Hut again!I did end up getting my refund the day after multiple attempts of calling again. They had caller ID as well, because when they answered the same lady from night before asked me if I had ever gotten my pizza. They should of called me the night before to see if it had actually gotten delivered or atleast answered my calls!
Called placed order was told 30 min delivery. Hour goes by no pizza tracked order said it was being cooked another said it was being delivered. 930 pm still no pizza. Got in car and went to pick it up from store door was locked. Came home. I will never order anything from this location again. My x wife was manager of pizza hut and they didnt do stuff like this.
Ordered a pizza around 7:20. Estimated time of delivery was 7:54. Didn’t get to my home until 9:05 tonight. Pizza is cold of course.
I love the manager that works at this store. She's got such personality, and she knows how to make some awesome pizza. It was incredibly fresh and properly filled with toppings, and I couldn't have asked for better. I just wish they delivered to my house instead of having to drive out to get it.
Delivery the pizza hot and within the time window that was quoted on the website. Further, I resent having to pay delivery fees for a pizza.
Pizza was burnt, had no flavor and cinnamon rolls looked nothing like TV commercial or social media page. I ordered the Christmas box that had 3 items in it.
Ever since new management and their new hot box this location is the best. The pizza is always ready in under 15mins and always hot like fresh out the oven when I get home. The chick at the reguster is always nice and willing to joke with ya. I give this place 5 stars for sure
The staff was very unprofessional and service was terrible. It seemed no one knew how to operate the register. The manager kept saying "Is it 11pm yet" as if we ( the customers) were bothering her. To make matters worst my pizzas were not made how I ordered them and when I mentioned it they told me I was incorrect. Honestly the worst experience I have ever had at Pizza Hut.
Pizza Hut on 44 did a great job today. I order early everyone is understaffed. If you order at 7 or 8 pm on a Saturday night have some patients we are all floating in the same boat. Go Brandon.
The pizza was cooked perfectly and the apple pies were very good
