I spent about 70 bucks for late delivery and my food was cold. Why make a person's order and let it sit under the light for over 2 hours, until a driver come. I understand if you guys are short handed... ...but people don't spend there money to get cold food. You guys at least could of had fresh food. I will NEVER order from here again. At least when I order from Dominoes and have to wait that long, it's HOT and FRESH!
Had rewards to get a free super supreme thin crust pizza what I ordered and they had so many toppings it was truly one of the best pizzas I've ever had from Pizza Hut
They won’t deliver anymore. Told me 15-20 for pickup, took 40 before it was ready. Told me it was ready when I got there, but it wasn’t. Kept saying it was next, it wasn’t. Bc I’d been waiting for 15 min in the lobby, they took it out too early and when I got home the crust wasn’t even cooked through. Not the Pizza Hut experience that keeps you coming back.
Ordered pizza. Delivery was set for 1:44pm. At 2:24, 2:25,2:29 pm I called the location. No answer. Order arrived at 2:40 pm. No explanation. No apology for being late. Pizza was hard , hardly any marinara sauce on any of them. The quality is getting worse but the poor customer service is already at an all time low. Clearly this store is broken and needs an over haul in structure, service & quality of its food.
I am always giving the pizza huts the nod bc me personally I think they make the best pizzas as far as against the domino's and papa John's of the world. Stuff crust is the actual bomb its pretty serious stuff. I recommend for sure. Enjoy
When you spend that kind of money on a pie one would expect at least some pizza sauce.The garlic parmesan boneless chicken wings sauce was watered down runny and salty. I usually go to Domino's, but lately those pizzas have been too expensive for what you get.....time to make my own
Very very good, the best pizza I've had in a while. Workers were nice, friendly, helpful also. I'll be going back.
My order arrived almost an hour after delivery notification text and it was cold and soggy. I had not eaten all day so this was my first meal and it was not good and was so late my head hurt from lack of food. The cinnamon sticks did not taste like they had any cinnamon on them at all they were not good .
Quality was good, delivery driver was prompt and friendly. Overall value was the only area of concern.
My order that I placed online wasn't the same when went in to pick up. Then it wasn't hot. Only thing that was good was the wings I order along with that nasty pizza
