Worst ever! Placed order and never received an estimate nothing to track my order. 30 min go by then a hour I called then they told me the food is close by almost a hour again I called and couldn’t get anyone on phone after calling about 10 times. So I got in my vehicle and drove there and asked them if I can have a refund and they’re telling me it’s been delivered when I haven’t received a thing! I get refund and they tell me I’ll receive back on card in 3 business days. So now I gotta pay for another damn meal! With all that being said if you want to eat or if you want your money please don’t go there or order from them please! This wasn’t the first time nor second time I’ve had a problem with them! Lesson learned though. If I could give zero stars I would!
You know what I do not like? Order a pizza called “Ultimate Pepperoni “ and when I get home there is NO pepperoni on my pizza. How hard is it to cook a pizza? How hard is it to double check your work/order?
I ordered cheese sticks from here. First time ever at this Papa John's and the last. I show up to pick up my order at 10:30pm, the cashier had her back to me playing on her phone so I stood there several minutes before she noticed me. Then when I gave her my name she started smiling and giggling saying I think we gave your order away, it's gonna be 5 minutes for a new one. She walks back to where the office is, pokes her head in the door and tells whoever is in there that I came to pick up my order and they started laughing. I have a sneaky suspicion that they ate my order and didn't say anything cause she just keep laughing. I didn't think it was funny at all and I didn't get no kind of compensation for her stupidity. When I was fixing to leave a driver pulled up, I asked for the regional managers number she told me no I can come inside and talk to someone else. Terrible customer service all around
Staff was friendly but I ordered pep black olives and jalapeños and I counted 13 black olives 8 jalapeños and 9 pepperonis. On a 15$ pizza. Very disappointed in the quality of the pizza.
Love Papa John's. Brooklyn or New York style pizza was nothing like that.
Never had bad food from here but sometimes they don’t pay attention to the details of what’s supposed to be on customers food. Then if you order online for delivery you’re taking a chance of never getting it or getting it cold bc even when the estimated time says 32 mins it takes over a hour. Waiting over an hour for a $6 Papadia is ridiculous especially when you give more in the tip then the total of the meal.
Been waiting 1hr and 15 min on top of the 90 minute wait when I placed my order I have called and called he is on the way 2 hrs later still no pizza that’s ridiculous papa johns has always been great but tonight order somewhere else
Hard-working people in a crappy environment. The employees work really hard and the manager will not pull someone aside to tell them what they did wrong instead they get chewed out in front of everyone and it’s just not right. The manager needs some training on how to treat people better or how to deal with some thing on the side not in front of everyone.
Worst pizza ive ever had. These people cant even read a sticker that says what to put on the pizza. Too bad hurricane ida didnt take this place out.
