Let’s start with the drive -thru line , had about 4 cars in front of me , reasonable amount of wait time , order taker - excellent / speedy / accurate service .Drive thru window - polite customer service , accurate , and even said” have a good day “… once I got home sat at the table to try their chicken and sausage gumbo , can you say absolutely delicious! The shrimp and fries are great but the gumbo is just outstanding . If I could give more stars I will .
We got the catfish platter with the hook sauce, as well as the shrimp and catfish platter.... both were just okay. The red beans and rice, and their louisiana gumbo, was delicious!!! I do want to try their wraps so I will be returning :)Edit: Went back for the chicken wrap and swamp fries -- and OMG it was super tasty!!
Was pretty good, the chicken and sausage gumbo was good but needed to have more meat.The swamp fries was really good!
I ordered chicken tenders which comes with fries. I asked for potato salad rather than fries. The response, "I can't change potato salad for fries, honey." I left. 1. Just do an upcharge for substitutions. 2. Why are fries and potato salad the same price on your menu?
For a drive through "fast food" seafood place this was miles better than any place I've ever eaten. The food was fresh and hot, came out quick, and everything was exactly right. The young lady working the window, Kayla, was super nice and courteous. I will definitely be back!
I love this place because the food is good, but they always skimp on the food. I paid nine dollars for the sandwich, So I guess they’re charging me a dollar per shrimp.?. It seems to be hit or miss since they opened during the pandemic which food quality was low because of so much business and now March 2022 I ordered a shrimp and catfish basket which seem to be sitting up before they served it to me. The seafood gumbo was all gravy one tiny shrimp. Completely unacceptable for the price I probably will not return

The food is great, however, this is the third time I go through the drive thru and my order is wrong. Today I ordered, and purchased, a poboy, salad, and a bowl of gumbo. The salad was fine, the “bowl” of gumbo was most indeed a “cup” and not a bowl, and my poboy was not even in the bag. So I was charged roughly 35$ for 18$ of food. Sorry, but here’s another place that as lost my business.
