Waited in line at the drive thru then they said wait a min after 10 min of waiting and 3 other cars put their orders on the second drive thru I ask why I was still waiting to put my order and no one help me and looks like they ignored me so I went to the window and ask to order the food and they told me to drive around and get inline again in the second drive thru. Nah not ever again
I will give credit when it is due and this restaurant is very clean, even the restrooms. However, McDonald’s continues to live up to there poor reputation when it comes down to some (Not all) of there employees. I literally order only two things a fry and a drink. I went to the restroom and came back and my food still wasn’t ready. When I finally got my food I could tell the grease wasn’t fresh. The lady at the front counter was not helping the other employees out and she was also on the phone on social media or texting I guess. I don’t know if there wasn’t enough employees but being on the phone while customers waiting on simple orders is definitely RUDE.
Dining room closed and they only take 2 orders in the drive thru line at a time. Trying to beat the corporate system so their orders don’t take longer than they should because they’re being timed. Took 30 minutes just to place an order with only 3 cars in front of us. Absolutely ridiculous and they’re so rude. Getting paid WAY TOO MUCH for absolutely no reason. Do better McDonald’s
Trash! On top of the slop they serve as food, they also whip up the most horrible and moronic service in the fast food industry. They seem to be scared of the common cold so they lock the lobby doors so I go through a long drive thru process just to realize they gave me two drinks with no straws. How much dumber can you get?! I HATE MCDONALDS! My last time eating here for sure.
horrible... and i mean HORRIBLE!!! jow d hell you McDonald's and dont have any hamburgers or drinks...like wth, so we settled for chicken nuggets and milk and please tell me if nuggets is all you have why the nuggets we received were not all the way cooked.... man just a overall Horrible Experience
I pulled into line at 6:21 am and there were 2 cars in front of me in the outside lane and 2 cars on the inside lane after sitting there approx 5 minutes they started taking orders first on the inside lane then the outside lane as i pulled up to the speaker they stopped taking orders. While waiting to place my order i watched as 3 cars pulled into the inside lane and 2 more behind me in the outside lane. When they started taking orders again they took 3 cars orders and then began on the 4th car in the inside lane and never did ask for my order so at this point i decided to pull up and just place my order at the window. When i started to tell the woman at the window she wouldn’t listen to what I was trying to tell her and just kept saying I had to pull up and she would come outside and get my order. I tried telling her again and she said she had to take care of the 2 cars behind me then she will come get my order. So now it is 6:52am (30 minutes later) and she is telling me that I have to wait even longer. This Mc Donalds should be shut down they have the absolute worst service I have ever received at one of their restaurant’s and will never go there again.
Cheese not melted, burger was put together very sloppy, dinning room was disgusting, the one small couch they have if you move the cushions prepare to lose your lunch, apparently no one has cleaned in the couch since they opened, under tables and under the edges of the counters super dirty , old dirty napkins ect. Now I know things get busy, but these things are easy to clean , if the dinning room looks like that no telling what the kitchen looks like, and yes it all comes down to poor management and lack of training
Worse service ever. Lady at drive thru had attitude, ordered coffee , no coffee, fresh fries they don't give that. Sandwich gave me spicy. Then she scream.
I’m writing this as I leave. On 1/19/22 my family pulled into drive thru at McDonald’s. We pulled In behind two vehicles on both sides. Once both sides was cleared we pulled up to place our order, no one ever came. We thought maybe something happen to the speaker as we see another car pull on the other side to place an order and pulls up. Backed up and went on the other side to place order and once again no one asked to take our order. On the other side they started taking orders again so we pulled up to order at the window. First thing u hear is music blasting as the opens the window. We told her no one never took our order so we needed to order. She leaves the window comes back and tell us we have to pull back around to order. Of course we wasn’t about to sit in line again so we left. Needs better customer service and better supervision for the young kids working at night.
Ladys in Drive-through were slow and very rude!!!!!! The food was cold and tasted disgusting fries had to be a day old, That's how hard and cold they were. If I could give no stars I would!
