The line at this location is always long. I usually avoid stopping here, but did today to grab food for someone else. Sat in line for over 15 minutes to receive a raw quarter pounder. Why are we waiting so long for food that isn’t cooked? I’ve read several other reviews about the long lines and receiving cold or raw food. Absolutely ridiculous!Also, why is the inside of the restaurant still closed? The drive thru wouldn’t be as bad if the inside was available for ordering and seating.
Stayed in the drive thru line for almost 20 minutes and the line didn't move. I got out of line and went to another McDonald's. This McDonald's always have the worse and slowest drive thru service. Not sure what was going on but if they were that short staffed they should have just closed. There were several other cars in front and behind me that got out of line and let too.
Horrible horrible customer service. I watch them disrespect a veteran. I'm cool I'll never go back
Tonight at 11pm me and my daughter was drive threw which was slow and when we finally got to order the guy welcome to mcdonalds which sounded rude and he ask what i wanted and i asked him for a second and he said 1 and said how can i help you and keep trying to rush me with my order and then i just let it go and got to the window and the girl said price and i didnt hear it and i said ma’am I didn’t hear you nicely and see rolled her eyes and with rude look on her and said with very aggressive attitude said WHAT and read my my order and hurry us to grab the food . So in my opinion if they dont want to work quit and let someone else work their that would take pride in the job its by far worst experience i ever had at any restaurant…
I get raw chicken nuggets. Bring them back nicely and the girl gives me an attitude. Lol. Umm. Ok.

They never let u place order in drive throw without not letting you finish order without asking r u done after everything u order I hate it they need to let ppl say when they finish and if they mess up oder they rude to u about fixing it
Did drive up, lady at the order/pay window very nice and polite. Lady at the pickup window also very nice and polite.
They always forgot my Hm sauce... 60 nuggets, No sauce in bag.. how u sell nuggets, and stingy on the sauce? And Ice cream cones, and shakes, Why yall Ice Cream Never work? Love the food, just want better fast service...
