Came through drive-through asked for a three meat pizza I watched him take it out of the warmer when I got home it was obvious that it had been sitting in the warmer for hours it was very difficult to eat. My husband ate several pieces because he was hungry and it was storming outside and I couldn’t get them on the phone. So finally when the rain slowed up I took the rest of the pizza up there she said well I can’t do anything about it because it’s half eaten but I let her know beyond any doubt that they should not let the pizza sit in warming for ever just until you sell it . I said I couldn’t even get you on the phone so our phones don’t work. I’ve had pizza from them before many times and it’s been good but this one was terrible it was the worst thing we’ve ever eaten and the little manager didn’t seem to care about doing anything about it
I love their pizza, but 3 may be too high of a score. Their service may be friendly 70% of time, but they are too informative and too bold about their co-worker shenanigans.They will lock the front door and all three will go to the back. People at the window and waiting at the door. Another instance when the cashier was sick, and advertised she was in the bathroom. The pizza's are never, never, never cut completely. Hygiene is never a plus either.
Pizza was NOT cooked and the wings was very chewy. Tried calling but of course the phone will not ring.
Just zero stars honestly. The employee they have working there is extremely rude(dont know her name since she didnt bother to give a receipt) we ordered 2 large cheese pizzas which were burned and some breadsticks, which were basically RAW. Horrible service, she didnt bother giving us any sauce either.
It is not necessary the lower quality of the food, it is more of the amount of time it takes to get served at this location. It is very common to wait 20-30 mins to get just Hot-n-Ready pizza. This is way I scored it so low.
Prompt and taste as expected. Of course very reasonable prices. Staff is usually nice. The messed up our order once but quickly corrected it.
It was fine, busy for sure. Wish they had more people that wanted to work. Even if they were just high school kids.
I paid for a pepperoni pizza & cheesy bread, then waited for almost an , along with many other people, as the SUPER HIGH staff struggled to get orders out, too the right people, or out AT ALL... then, a lady came in & the sold her 2 pepperoni pizzas (belonging to those of us who had been waiting). Then, the manager, who didn't even know who the owner is, came out & yelled that she wasn't high... absolute chaos.
Ordered 3 pizza on line, 2 pepperoni and 1 pepperoni with peppers. Was suppose to be ready at 6:46 latest did not get pizza till 7:15 and when we got home 2 of the 3 pizza were under cooked, the pizza with the peppers was so under cooked we had to stick in our oven to finish cooking. Tried to call and no one would answer the phone… will not use little Caesar’s again.
This place desperately needs to be underseen by new management. I've been ignored, numerous orders messed up, cold food, the list continues. I can't go back here.
